Best budget hotel with premium look and feel

The Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road is located at a serene location, a little away from the happening beach. It's about 1. 8km from beach road. I loved the peaceful stay with no noise around. And when i do want some noise i go to the other places. There's a 7/11 in 200m and can buy sim cards, provision etc there. Money exchange is also nearby. The kitchenette is awesome with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, washing sink, clothes dryer and lots o storage. There's a laundry machine and dryer downstairs for 40baht per one time. Terminal 21 mall is 1km away, and pattaya north bus stand is 1km away from where you can take bus to bkk. If you're coming from suvarnabhumi airport you can book the vip bus at the airport which will transfer you to a minivan and drop at this Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road in 300baht. I had a huge luggage still the bus wa a better experience than taxi. The only bad experience i had was the wifi signal in my room was very weak because i had the corner room. As i had unlimited 5g sim card i didn't bother. But left the complaint with the Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road. Enjoy your stay in pattaya.

Great stay. Daily housekeeping, toiletries, linen change. Huge rooms with kitchenette and balcony. The location is away from noise and traffic peaceful surroundings. There's amply parking inside for cars. The swimming pool and gym and good to use. 900m to north pattaya bus station. I will definitely come bk here again.

Excellent stay. I stayed in bella villa for 15 days extending it two times from the original 5 days. Everything is well taken care of, housekeeping, cleanliness, outside access to roads and malls, delivery of food, nearby 7/11 everything is great about this Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road. Will definitely come bk again.

nice and very clean room, every day they cleaned, pattaya beach is 4 km away, they arranged heater and oven so we can cook packed food.. family can stay affordably… but the sight seeing expense is little bit high while taking taxi. No deposite they required

I am from india. I stayed six days with my friends. A decent location without any crowd. Front desk girl staffs are lovable and more helpful. Housekeeping is good. Rates are very cheap. Only minus is wifi not enough speed. Overall a goodsay and i recommend
