Excellent Hotel. Value for Money. Very polite staff. GO FOR IT No Second thought!!! We were group of 3 friends, Booked Deluxe room... Day1 we reached the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya around 9AM in the morning, Hotel manager checked the details and confirmed our booking and asked us to wait for an hour so that they will get the room ready even though the Check in Time mentioned as 3PM. When we were waiting he asked us to use swim pool if interested... WoW! Then we checked in the room and days went like anything... Finally the Checkout procedure took about 10 minutes. Con: Same breakfast menu.. :(

I have booked centara nova but when i reached at the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya they told me that there is some maintenance work going on so plzz adjust in our mother Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya centara pattaya i sad it’s ok but i felt sad they provide me taxi to reach and when i reach the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya i was like nice the location, staff, the room, the service everything was nice it’s a 5* from my side.

Housekeeping staff was very good. They solve problems in seconds. Marissa was awesome lady at reception she attend us very good. She know the value of customer. Pool bar was awesome with service with smile. But staff at breakfast has to be improve their services and have service with smile. Overall very good experience. Marissa gave rooms of our service. Thanks marissa and centara to provide such beautiful holidays.

The best-est Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya we visited in our trip. The reception person was very warm and welcoming. She even called to check if everything was alright in the room. Our room's window balcony had a pool view. The breakfast menu was exquisite, which had my favorite pasta on the second day of our stay. The service was impeccable and the food was top notch. Thank you team for the wonderful experience. )

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Room service was available instantly. Staff are very welcoming. The Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya property is very well maintained. Only problem is the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya does not inform what is chargeable and what is free to use. Would suggest before using anything in the room confirm the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya. Else u will have to pay a lot.

It's a nice clean Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya to stay in Pattaya for couples and family. Good English Breakfast, For Indians it's good as there is an Indian restaurant right opposite to the Hotel. There is also a departmental store - SEVEN/ELEVEN which is convenient in case you need something on urgent basis. Rooms were nice & spacious. Staff was also courteous & helpful during our stay.

Nice Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya to stay. Please keep in mind that this Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya is not near to main tourist spots in Pattaya. Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Good staff especially tour desk attendant. Booked a cab from Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya to dmk airport from the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya tour desk at reasonable rate.

Location of the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya slightly inside from the main road, however you will find everything adjacent to Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya. There is Seven 11, family mart, Indian restaurant, Thai restaurant, taxi rental, bike rental, Thai massage, and currency exchange counter as well. Location is perfect. Hotel is good. Staff also good.

Rooms and Bathrooms need upgrade. Hand showers to be added. Water is going out of shower area easily. Door locks to be fixed to avoid choking. But ambience of the Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya was quite good. Pool bar setup was so fresh and good place to relax.

This Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya is located in south Pattaya and is very close to the beach which you can walk up in 5 min also is close to malls for shopping. Room was very nice and clean It provides you free WiFi and spa which is a bliss mind you not all Centara Nova Hotel Pattayas provide free WiFi

Great rooms, great swimming pool, great atmosphere, extra amount for guest charge not good. No choice on veg food but veg Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya available on the opposite. Great staff. Great housekeeping service. Overall fantastic experience. Will keep in mind memory forever. Thank you Centara.

Fine Hotel at budget price tag. Food and staff was really good. Various options from food to grab. Indian and continental menu available. They provide free one way ride from Hotel to any part of the City. Staff is well behaved and friendly. My automatic option for next visit.
