Great for price, rooms are old but clean and neat, walkable distance to walking street, location is so nice as so many bars, restaurant and pubs around the Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence. Staff are helpful. The Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence boy Mr. Joa is very helpful even after he doesn't speak English. If anyone wants to visit Pattaya alone, it's a best choice to choose this Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence.
Hotel staff and cleanliness

Hotel staff are pretty arrogant and overall the cleanliness is not good. And the most important thing they are taken deposits that is refundable when you check-out. Airport bus is easily available from Jomtian beach road. And for the bus fare from Patthar to Bangkok. And from Bankok gate no 8 you will get the bus for Pattya from Bankok Suvarn bhumi.

All most everything about the Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence was good and all staff members were polite except one lady receptionist who really is dragging the Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence name into the ground by being extremely rude and impolite.
The lady receptionist during the morning shift was very rude and impolite.

They need deposits for security. It's very good service always they ready to serve for you. couple friendly Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence no charge for guest. Room big and clean, always available smoking rooms. Desk guys and lady is best to talk and service. My experience was best as a solo traveler. It walking distance from beach.

The Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residence is in the prime location, where public transportation is easily available. The area is little expensive; though cheap items including food is available in walking distance. There are Indian restaurants nearby but found to be very expensive.

A very good stay in Bella vista, all basic amenities they provide including 2 water bottle free, staff was very friendly nature, one thing they should provide is safe locker in room, rest of all great, thanks to all Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel & Residenceier staff.

Hotel is centrally located. Neat and clean. Value for money. The only problem faced was loud noise of music in the night. But if you close the doors and windows tight, the noise becomes mild. Otheriwse everything was fine, especially the safety aspect. :)
