This Eastiny Place Hotel is best because it's near the Beach and clubs go go bars and all the need that I want but if you take Thai girls inside the Eastiny Place Hotel with you they charge extra per person. That's not Good other wise it's best Eastiny Place Hotel in Pattaya soi 8

It was indeed a great experience staying at Eastiny. The location is great, very near to Beach road and not that far from Walking Street. Almost all the basic amenities were provided. The clealiness was well maintained. Safe deposit facility was available free of cost. The room was quite spacious and balcony was also available for Deluxe ones. So, in overall, I am hugely satisfied with my stay over here. Thanks.

Hotel in excellent location, close to beach. Way from Eastiny Place Hotel to beach is full of market for tourist needs. Opposite to this Eastiny Place Hotel, Indian food is available. Rooms are spacious, however service was not good. Phone was not working, no room cleaning done on next day. Overall, very good experience.

Room are good looking but somewhat cooling system is not maintained. Location is good, cleaning is good, massage centres is also in the campus so good, but I think food in breakfast is not good, they giving daily same thing ... And have not any veg item, overall value for money

It was nice staying in this Eastiny Place Hotel. Nice big rooms with 2 beds in it. 1 is double bed and another is single bed. Two beds make it easier to sleep and relax if any guest comes to your room .. Its location is also good nearby bars, pubs, restaurants, 7/11 ..

Value for money. Staff makes adjustments more likely. More connected. Located at a point from where one can start and then come back after completing a round of the city's famous areas. Near another value for money point, the Punjabi Dhaba. 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Good room service, Wi-Fi very weak, cable TV only Thai channel.

Overall very good stay, the pricing is worth and very reasonably priced.

Good location in Pattaya near walking street

The Hotel is located near to Beach, Walking Street and shopping malls. It's value for the money. Near the Eastiny Place Hotel you can get good foods in restaurants as well as road side shops, this is my 5th time stay in this Eastiny Place Hotel.

That's really a nice Eastiny Place Hotel. It's just 2 minutes of walk to go to Pattaya beach and 10 minutes walking to walking Street. The central festival mall is just 5 min walking distance. The phone was not working. They're not providing laundry service.

Spacious room. Nice service. Near to the beach. Near walking street and night market. Location was perfect and the service was also good. Near central mall where KFC and Mac'd are also available. Value for money.
