The food we ordered on 5th mar was not to our liking when it arrived. When we mentioned this to the restaurant in charge, she immediately changed the entire order and prepared fresh dishes which were delicious. The breakfast next day was also very good. The pool on 12th floor overlooking the beach gave us a breathtaking view. We really enjoyed it. But the most valuable and outstanding support came from Mr Jaisin on 6th Mar. We had checked out and left for Tiger Zoo. After about 2 hours we got a call from Mr Jaisin that we had forgotten our wallet in the Mytt Hotel Pattaya room and it was found by the housekeeping staff. He asked us to return and collect the same. This wallet contained our credit cards and some cash. We returned back to the Mytt Hotel Pattaya and found that Mr Jaisin was waiting for us to hand over the wallet personally. Everything in the wallet was intact. We will never forget this act of honesty, integrity and dedication of the Mytt Mytt Hotel Pattaya staff. Our best wishes to the Mytt Hotel Pattaya for its continuous growth and wish that they become the number 1 Mytt Hotel Pattaya in Pattaya.

Loved how clean and spacious the basic rooms were. They had all the amenities along with everyone one phone call away. The rooftop pool with the bar was definitely a highlight. Great location and perfect for families and couples too.

The property is good, neat and clean but they give only 2 bottles of wanted only 2 sachets of coffee or milk and if you ask for more they are either rude or want to charge. The breakfast is horrible not at suitable for any indian family even though you may eat non- vegetarian. Nothing at all variable for vegetarians

Good location very near to the beach and nice and comfortable rooms however the are small. Food joints are at the walking distance from the Mytt Hotel Pattaya and she staff was polite. The pool too is small but nice on the roof top gives u a good view of the city

Very good location, near the beach and night market. It’s just we got the 2 rooms separately and only on requesting for a manager we were given connecting rooms. Else love the hospitality of each one of them.

Overall stay was excellent. Staff was quite helpful breakfast was good but should have indian cruise in breakfast menu too. Overall nice experience will recommend others to stay if planning for pattaya !
