Very good and clean hotel with big rooms

This Siam View Residence is very good and clean, the rooms are very big and staff is friendly with good level to communicate in English. Its close to shops (7 Eleven and family mart open 24/7), restaurants (Indian, Italian, European and Thai style restaurants) and central Pattaya region. Highly Recommend staying in this Siam View Residence if you are single, couple or groups. To travel around main locations you can take a moto taxi in front of the Siam View Residence.

I don't know why some Siam View Residences in Pattaya with very low light, even I couldn't found plug connections to charge my phone and location was good but too far from main roads from Siam View Residence it's ok they will drop but coming back is some hard only these things are drawbacks, other than these things every thing is good staff are friendly and receiving with smiles every time.
Very good budget hotel in central Pattaya.

Siam view is a excellent Siam View Residence. Good rooms with a balcony good air-condition big fridge and a large LCD TV with many English channels and one Hindi zoo channel. Very nice swimming pool on the roof to relax free transfer service to the main road. Breakfast is cheap but limited. Overall very good if you don't mind a little walking.

Nice Siam View Residence, responsive staff. The location is very central to the city and is very convenient. The rooms are decent, the staff is friendly. The rooftop swimming pool is very well maintained and the hughlight of the place. Would recommend if you are looking at decent economic stay options. Do not expect a lot in terms of the food.

No lockers in room. Have to use ones at front desk. Not convenient. AC was not powerful enough for room. Breakfast is fixed menu with 3 options, average. Might get better options for the same price. Area is good for families. Singles look for room further South.

You'll enjoy local food particularly if you are a non-vegetarian. Most items have pork mixed, so choose carefully. I am a vegetarian and it wasn't hard to find an Indian restaurant which is just 5 mins walk from this Siam View Residence.

Great room at low price .. Great staff, great location, near to Pattaya beach and walking Street .. You should visit swimming pool at night great way to relax amazing view from top, 7/11 near by.
