Location of the hotel is very good. Everything in pattaya is just nearby to hotel. Room's are clean and big in size. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Hotel is situated at the best place and very beautiful rooms even more than what we have expected. Veg dishes in buffet can be improved but overall it is very good experience.
Everything was fine as one expects to be. Make my trip organized it so well that everything was in order. The of the hotel was very polite and nice. I would definitely book my further trips with make my trip

A one new wing hotel is just opposite to a one payaya beach resort where we initially booked for 3 nights 4 days stay. We had to extend our say for a day and a one new wing was perfect choice because its of same hotel group, no additional transfer charge and same hospitality. Reception staff was polite and courteous. Hotel policy is to take security deposit of 1kbth per room which was waved off on our sincere request. Room are cruise themed, spacious and clean.

The property is located just 2 mins from beach and is at walking distance to terminal 21 mall, alcazar show etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and overall the staff was helpful and nice. I would definitely be going back to this place. This was our girls trip and the property was all safe.
Hotel royal craze gives real feelings of craze in all repects located in front of sea. Construction is meticulous giving boat shape. Clean, hygienic and 5 star amenities.

It was a good stay. Hotel is clean, we stayed in the new wing which is equally good as the entire hotel. 1 min walk from the beach. Family hotel.
