Rooms are very spacious. Beach view from gym and restaurant is so amazing. Swimming pool is also very clean. Good place to stay.

Amazingly beautiful location. Clean hotel & great staff. Breakfast spread was nice. Ken at the door was very humble and welcoming. Reception staff was friendly and polite.

It was all very excellent stay the location was quite good with all the amenities at nearby locations the receptionist were very good helpful and friendly overall i enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were quite spacious with all the facilities available

My stay at hotel bay walk residence beach road pattaya was very good
location of this hotel is at the beach
rooms are hygienic
services are excellent
the flip side is that they don't allow early check in and late check out (reception people are very strict about it)
i was made to pay for a room upgrade and then they allowed early check in
breakfast is good and is available from 7am to 10: 30am. If you are a vegetarian, then limited options for you
pool is good and the hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative

Connectivity is best from this place, 7eleven is very near and mcd and other indian cuisine restaurants are easily accessible from here. The restaurant view from baywalk is awesome and the swimming pool is also well maintained. The staffs are very kind and helpful and the services are also good. I strongly recommend this place.

Centrally located near beach & 500 meters from waking street. Staff & services were excellent. Rooms are comfortable with all modern amenities. 7*11 was just down near reception. Moreover there was one indian food outlet serving delicious rajma chawal, kadi chawal etc

Though i reached pretty early than the routine check-in time as the room was already vacant they gave it then itself without any hassles. The restaurant was very scenic with the panoramic view of the sea and food was also great.

We have a best stay in baywalk it was too good they allowed us early check in as it was weekday which was very easy. Beautiful location. Rooms are spacious.

Hotel is little dated but location can’t be beat. Right outside is beach and less than 10 mins is walking street. Lots of restaurants around. Would book again.
