One of the best hotel in pattaya

Staffs always greet you with smile. Everything is good. Nothing to complain about. Indian menu available everyday and displayed in hindi and english language like this hotel mainly for indian people. Terminal 21 mall, alcazar show, tiffany's show are in walking distance. Walking street is 2. 5 kms away. Beach is just 600 m away. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. I had a great and pleasant stay.

The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. . Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. . I had a great experience at this restaurant!

The best-est hotel we visited in our trip. The reception person was very warm and welcoming. She even called to check if everything was alright in the room. Our room's window balcony had a pool view. The breakfast menu was exquisite, which had my favorite pasta on the second day of our stay. The service was impeccable and the food was top notch. Thank you team for the wonderful experience. )

I have booked centara nova but when i reached at the hotel they told me that there is some maintenance work going on so plzz adjust in our mother hotel centara pattaya i sad it’s ok but i felt sad they provide me taxi to reach and when i reach the hotel i was like nice the location, staff, the room, the service everything was nice it’s a 5* from my side.

Our stay at Centara Nova hotel and Spa was very pleasant. The hotel is situated in the centre of town with good connectivity. Mr Pob at the reception was very helpful gentleman. He went out way to help us. Ms Na was very welcoming in the dinning hall. Overall all the staff are very friendly ☺️

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. It is very clean and the pool area and gym is very nice. It’s not beach front and is 15 min walk or 60 baht in taxi to the beach. However plenty of bars and restaurants near by and an excellent one across the road which serves both thai and indian food.

The hotel staff was really friendly and managed to check me in early The hotel is at an apt location close to the walking street and yet not so close to get disturbed. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Highly recommend staying at this place.
