Very clean and peaceful even though located near to all action places. Everything reachable within a 100-meter radius. Good Arab and Indian restaurants nearby. Good staff and the best option for budget travelers.

Hello all, the stay in kkinn south pattaya hotel was good, though we got to stay there only for few hours with two rooms booked for the family, it's worth for the money. The reception lady was sweet and kind to help us with information and room service and also the rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. Completely in the middle of lot of indian restaurants )

Nice location but no mirror in room for washing of towel they charged for it is very bad to charge for washing a towel.

Close to massage centre's indian restaurant, very cooperative staffs. But lacks the facilities like cupboard. Overall good experience the rooms were not good as given in the photos. Toilet is ok. The big positive is it is close to atm, massage parlors and walking street
