The hotel was clean and well maintained and the pizza at urban kitchen was pretty good. They had 4 lifts but lifts were not very good. Everything else was great

Over all good hotel to stay

Location is good. But not near to walking street. Less crowded. Swimming pool is there, water is clean. No provision of having lunch and dinner in hotel restaurant. They serve only breakfast which is reasonably good. However, it is extremely heartening that they have allowed me to check in 3 hrs early without keeping me any wait. Check in was also very smooth.

Hotel housekeeping and stuff is very very good very helpful i forget my room key in my room they helps to open the room daily basis housekeeping over all it was good

The hotel is really good! We enjoyed our stay. About the rooms, those are very neat and spacious.
Breakfast was delicious! Stay at hotel offered swimming pool, playstation, pool…overall it was good and memorable :) Thanks MMT for suggesting this 👍🏻

It is just not wow as food was not upto mark and taste. Location is ok and in regard to amenities no room service was provided moreover even they had not given extra tea bag

They asked us to pay for the hair dryer which mysteriously went missing from our room (we don't even know if it was in our room ever). Not just for the hair dryer (1000 Bahts) but also for the packet in which supposedly they keep it packed (250 Bahts). And when we tried to explain the situation at the hotel desk, that we had our own hair dryer so we never required or used yours, they said that the dryer I am carrying which I bought from India was theirs! They had taken our passports as security when we checked in, so we had to give in and pay them for the plot they played on us.

Hotel was too old to stay and bed was selected twin but provided single beds also room selected for mountain view but room given was too bad view of building. Wifi not working in room and room service also not good. Images are not available with me.
