5. Nova platinum is excellent and the staff nature is quite good. Everybody is helping nature. Specially the reception very supportive and helpout promptly. Surely i'm going to book this hotel and recommend to my friends as well in the next trip.

Nova platinum hotel is very nice and location is simple site. Hotel breakfast, rooms and swimming pool is very nice. Staff behavior is very polite and also service is very nice.
