Excellent Stay

Myself and one of my close friend decided to visit pattaya for short trip. Options given were many, however the price offered by twin palm was not expected. Thereby we had doubt whether to proceed with twin palm or little expensive one than twin palm. Finally we proceeded with twin palm because of proximity to beach. We really enjoyed our stay, room was very neat and house keeping staff cleaned every day. Swimming pool was very close to budgeted rooms and cleanliness was good. There are plenty of vehicles to reach any part of pattaya from the entry points. Further there are entry and exit on both roads which makes life easier to access both beach roads and parallel roads which had restaurants, seven eleven, massage centres etc. We could walk through beaches late in the night as it was just outside of the resort exit. House keeping staff agreed to our request and switched on the swimming pool night after the permission hours, so that we could enjoy our drinks. Perfect place for three night stay and i am thinking of booking the same resort while taking my family next summer.
Need to improve a lot on service front

Stayed twice in last six months in the same Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya in November 4 nights and in February one night. Few employees behaviour is too bad that don't even want to mention. My kind suggestion to Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya that the management should look into it to better their reputation, specially to be mentioned room service and coffee shop people. They need to be taught the behaviour part and Thai language cannot be an excuse any more, people can sense everything.

The Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya room was clean. The food served was also good. Staff has a good command in english so that it was not a problem of language In all, the Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya was too good.

i had a very pleasant experience in twin palm resorts. resort is well maintained with friendly staff. Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya provides free wifi and water. Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya has a very good beach facing pool area with showers and rest rooms. Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya is situated very to pattaya beach.

This Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya is almost 1 and 1/2 km from walking street. The Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya was too good beyond my expectations, very nice place to stay on, very near to Pattaya beach road. Rooms are good. Staff are also very supportive. Hotel is also reasonable price. Good to stay and enjoy a lot.

This place is very nice silent and clean place. Staff is very good and helpful. Only improvement they need is on their restaurant dishes which i think i did not like maybe it was not according to my taste. Rest all was very good enjoyed my stay and had a great time and will always like to come back here on my next trip.

The Hotel is located at a very good place, just on the Pattaya beach. The rooms are some what spacious but lacked lighting. Overall good experience. The Best part of the Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya is the location at the budget. The breakfast needs improvement, the quality and the needs upliftment...

Room service, daily housekeeping and cleanness are superb except swimming pool and admanant behaviour of reception old lady as she stated we can not go in the swimming pool without whole swimming suit , however some foreigners are on underwear Ans swimming… I didn’t understand this partiality

Overall good Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya. Took it with breakfast but it was not good. Staff was helpful. Just in front of beach. Decent pool with beach view. Hotel is slightly overpriced. Taking it with breakfast will not be a good decision.
