Very nice SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES in thailand, pattaya reception staff welcome us that we like much all staff are very kind and lovely every time welcome with namste their food is also very good, especially omelet i like it very much, all staff are very supportive SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES located near sea beach so all day i feel fresh when i come to gallery, SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES cleaning is number 1, when i come next time i stay this SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES again.

The SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is located centrally for tourist, located around 3km from north pattaya bus stop (bolt app download for travel) walkable distance to central pattaya mall (incase individual need to stock up food and liquor go to ground floor is the mart) walkable distance to beach/soi 6, tuktuk for walking street, opp to SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES you have 7/11 store, staff is good & helpful, wifi is a concern

There was renovation going on in the SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES which was not mentioned earlier … however, overall SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is good especially the breakfast. Location is the central point and peaceful. Beach is just 200 m from the SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES. Walking street about 1500m but walkable. Good experience

Nice clean rooms with excellent house-keeping. Clean swimming pools. Top notch breakfast including vegetarian options. Helpful and polite staff. Well served by grab taxis which are cheap. Clean and decent thai massage facilities exist next door. I will surely come again at the prices which were charged from me.

Nice room, cheap approx 2500 for a night. 200 steps to the beach, 1 km walking street, 1 km to body to body massage parlours and soi 6 road full of bars. It's really best with awesome 3 pools and nice continental breakfast. Can't find anything similar in the world in this price. Close your eyes and go for it.

Location of the SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is easily accessible. Very near to the beach and walkable distance to walking street. I got free upgrade to a corner room which is huge and balcony for the view. Two punjabi restaurants just opposite to the SUNSHINE HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is more indian.
