Very good location , near walking street (walk-able distance) very close to the night market... excellent WiFi speed ... good service provided for car parking and two wheeler parking.. we had the room no (1) but it had huge windows , of course with curtains but the hallway light used to be on all the time and the bright light was so focused near the window that we couldn't sleep.. well other than that no noises or any other problems.. our check in was very easy, as well o deposit for check-in. staff does not speak English but definitely friendly and helpful.. seven eleven is very close to the guest house..... there is a market opposite which has fruits and veggies and night there are stalls which has a van bar and small road side food stalls.there are Indian restaurants near the guest house on the main road but very expensive food. there is a bike rental opposite to the guest house reasonable prices for tourists.. but overall i liked my stay there...

Wonderful double-bed room at a discounted price! The staff is helpful and courteous. Hot water is available and the room has drinks in the refrigerator. The only drawback is that there is no safe in the room, but only in the lobby. Otherwise, it is a good The Siam Guest House Pattaya at an affordable price with very good location offering walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and walking street.

This is my 4 th stay there and always been the best stay in Siam, very well staff and at prime location and economic. All places are walking distance. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping is properly done every day. The price is cheap and for anyone who is travelling I would recommend this The Siam Guest House Pattaya. Best one ever. Looking forward to visit again.

I pay Rs 780 (390. Same if I directly went there will cost me 500THB .. So I get better deal ... The room is a little small but it's worth as everything is there like other The Siam Guest House Pattayas in Pattaya .. Everyone gives same thing :) One thing you will be charged for water as well like in other The Siam Guest House Pattayas 2 water bottles is free ...

Best The Siam Guest House Pattaya for solo traveller. Reception available 24 hrs. Very neat place for Beach / Walking Street / Pattaya Market. Room is cleaned every day. Air conditioned room. Beverages available in room itself. Hotel staff are very friendly. Altogether best The Siam Guest House Pattaya for single or bachelor travellers.

It is very well near to beach road. Location you can say is perfect. In budget it is great place to stay. Cleanliness is excellent. No kitchen so don't expect anything in your room but nearby you can find good restaurants. Check in process is very easy. Very safe place to live. Your belongings are also safe. Great Stay at siam.

It is a The Siam Guest House Pattaya value for money. Cheap and best The Siam Guest House Pattaya in town with its location exceptional. Cleanliness is good. I have not tried food have just booked for stay purpose. There are a lot of go bars there. So proximity is good and Indian restaurants are also large in number.

Rooms are cleans and space in room is good .. Hot water available at any time .. Daily room cleaning is done by staff .. Staff is friendly Most importantly The Siam Guest House Pattaya is very near to indian restaurant. All bars, disco, alcazar show, beach .. It is in prime location I will give 5 star for location

The location in central Pattaya is close to all conveniences. 200 feet to 2nd road, close to eateries and 7-11s. And it is very quiet as it is in a dead-end street. Superb value and strongly recommended for solo travelers. Warm Friendly staff, clean rooms albeit small.

They have no facility of even morning tea coffee .. We asked they denied ... They have restaurant but that is not working. Though the place is in between market .. Room was very calm and there are plenty of indi restau nearby. Very good location. And very neat rooms value for money thanks

Everything is ok. There is one deficiency in the room i.e. No dressing table or mirror in the wall. Double bed is not king size.

The The Siam Guest House Pattaya was on the center of all the happenings and opposite to the beach road, the staffs were very cooperative and polite, overall it was a good experience. The rooms were a bit small but very neat and clean. It was just one block off the main road and it was very convenient to travel.

Very good room and very friendly staff at the The Siam Guest House Pattayas. Beach is only about 200 mts away and also can catch a boat to other islands from that locations. Lot of tour services near by at affordable rates. Have at-least 5 Indian restaurants within 150 mts from the The Siam Guest House Pattaya.

It is very good if you are staying for more than a week in Pattaya cause it saves lot if money! It is the cheapest accommodation I have seen in Pattaya as this was my 4th visit to Pattaya, but if you are going for short trip then more better option available.
