Good hotel

If you are going for a relaxed vacation it's a good choice. If you want to move in town not a good choice especially with kids. The worst thing is transport. They have a shuttle, which is absolutely useless. It's there only in 2-hour intervals. Out of that, they charge for the trips in the evening which is very cheap for a resort like this charging so much for the room and funny thing is even when you pay you can get down only in the final destination which is far from the beach. There only two stops beginning and end. And it's written like you can't come back in the shuttle if you've not booked which is ridiculous.

The Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket is at beautiful location and the sea view room had an amazing view of the sea as well as the pool. The pool and the pool area is also good. Spa treatment was also very good, there were so many options to choose from. Overall it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is closer to the patong beach, and the Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket has shuttle going and coming back from the beach, which makes it convenient to access the beach, as it is bit far from the beach.

The property is Awesome , the staff is sweet but very punctual . You have to be on time for everything , the shuttle timings are rigid and only 3 times a day , the property is Up the hill so from patong beach to crest the taxi fare is minimum 250 bath but the view is 😍👌and also you have to up your communication skills while talking or asking to staff ..overall the property experience is 8.5/10 .
Good resort but quite distant from Patong Town

The resort has really good ambiance. Very nice sea view from the Viva Sky Lounge, nice pool, good breakfast etc. But you can't go to town by walk. The shuttle provided by the resort has time boundations. If you want to stay at resort and enjoy the beautiful landscape from the balcony it's a lovely place to stay.

The Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket was really nice. I was give a complimentary upgrade to a view room. The staff was really accommodating and well behaved. The food tasted amazing along with the restaurants serving good quality food. The pool area was also maintained and the rooms were clean.

Very nice stay. Resort location is very good. Infinity pool is awesome. Staff (cat, benz to name a few) was very courteous. Only drawback is little far from center of activities patong beach. However Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket provides complimentary drop to patong at regular intervals.

Full marks for the exceptionally well designed and architected Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket. The views are awesome and so are the facilities. What they need to improve. 1) More cuisine options 2) housekeeping needs to be 24x7 3) couple of kid-friendly rooms which have separate bathrooms.

Nice place very near to paradise beach breakfast spread was great partial sea view room was only by name partial. You must lean out of balcony railing to have a look of sea. Therefore, better that you either book full view or non view. But overall above average stay for us at this property.

Resort itself is nice but far away (uphill) from main market and beach. Resort keep extra as security which after leaving Phuket can only be used as exchange only. Clean resort. Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast had variety but only for non-veg. Very less options for Indian veg food.

Good property to stay and chill. It's almost 2 km far from Patong Beach. So, usually you depend on cab and free shuttle. As an Indian the main struggle was meals in breakfast they don't offer Indian flavor breakfast.
It was great we would love to come again.
