Conveniently located hotel

The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is located on Patong beach. All its rooms are swimming pool facing and some have direct access to pool. It has three swimming pools, all maintained very well and clean. Good rooms, in general. They also provide beach towels, slippers and umbrella which is quite thoughtful of them. The room service menu is, however limited and can be enriched. A few staff at reception had some issues in communicating in English. But overall service level was commendable. The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort also provided complementary cookies on Christmas, a very thoughtful gesture. Good value for money overall.
The room is quite spacious. However, the side tables besides the bed are so low that it becomes very inconvenient to use them. The level difference between bed and side table is almost 3 feet.
All pool view rooms and proximity to Patong beach is amazing. Steep cash/card. Deposit is a big negative

Everything is great with this DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. However, despite paying full room charges in advance for 2 double rooms for a single family, they asked for cash as deposit which is surprising and very high. We asked them to hold money there credit card and they actually debited the card account and didn't refund on handover of room keys and now say wait for 2 weeks. This practice of such abnormal deposit is big negative for this DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. Please stay away or clarify in advance as I am now waiting for my own money.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is very well located. The patong beach is just across the road. The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort served complimentary drink and cookies that were out of the world. Breakfast and food in the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is awesome. The room size is good with nice balcony overlooking the pool. We had great time. Wish the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort can provide free water other than the three complimentary water bottles in a day. Also, the sink is outside the bathroom which is unusual.

Double tree hilton has the perfect location in the centre of the most happpening road. The rooms are good in size & with nice amenities & good cooperative staff. The breakfast spread is also very nice & the food is tasty as well. The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort has separate big pools in every portion of the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort buildings with pool bars in them, which are enjoyable. Over all very nice DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort with decent price. Recommended for couples & families.

Double tree hilton is located right in the middle of patong just across the beach but still manages to be serene. There are 3 big swimming pools & the rooms are nice. The breakfast is super, the bar at the front is always buzzing. There is a starbucks & pharmacy there too. Everything is within walking distance with plethora of restaurants. The staff is courteous & very helpful. A special thanks to ajay & veer at the bar while joffrey & dev at the breakfast. We will surely recommend this property to anyone visiting patong, phuket.

Hotel location is a big plus. They have great pools and pool bars. The service however is great but sometimes lacks warmth. Great breakfast buffet but if you include dinner, very less selection of indian or veg menu. The rooms, delux ones are dated but we upgraded to the premium ones with some extra charge and these were marvelous. Great shower and fully renovated. Overall DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is great with average rooms(if delux or below.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a small issue with our room. Nane at the front desk was extremely cooperative and supportive in upgrading us to the newly renovated block . There are few negatives.. housekeeping service is not available after 6.00PM.. limited options in breakfast for vegetarian .. complementary water bottles in rooms looks very old and not cleaned properly. Overall comfortable stay apart from these small issues ..

We stayed here for three days and the staff was very nice and friendly, they accommodated us with early check in as well as we come from a tiring overnight flight . The food spread in the breakfast was good but a bit repetitive everyday. The location is good in case you are looking for a quite time with family as the main city party hub is a bit far. Overall good stay experience with them.

Hotel is really nice and worth every penny. Patong beach is 2 minutes walk from DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. Hotel has 2 big swimming pools and in pool bar. Some rooms with direct zacuzi access and pool access. Many restaurants and travel agencies at walkable distance.

A perfect luxurious stay. The beds are nice and comfy, the staff is excellent, view from the room is amazing. A great experience. The DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is just next to the patong beach and all eateries restaurants. We stayed here for 3 nights

Great location and excellent service, ideal location for doing all the fun things in Patong. Good staff and quick service. Also recommend it for family people as well. They do have in-house baby sitters to take care of kids. Overall great place.

We had a wonderful time at DoubleTree. We had booked a pool side room and it was big enough and had direct access to pool and pool bar. Location of the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is very good. It in the middle of all the markets and very close to Bangla Road. Overall stay was very good.
