Stay at Novotel Karon

Recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. We were initially given a room in the most extreme corner of the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel and were then shifted to a pool side room. Room was quite comfortable however the toilets are fairly small. Hotel was well maintained And the tiling is non slippery which is important for kids. They have many pools, we used only the one close to our room which had a large slide and the kid enjoyed it thoroughly. Kids club was quite good too and can be a game changer in your decision of you have little ones. Breakfast was okay and vegetarian folks may find choices quite limited. However staff was friendly. On our last day the flight got preponed and we had to check out early morning before breakfast timings at the cafe. They packed us a breakfast which was a nice touch. Location is quite good, close to Karon Beach. One can cross the road and walk for 3 min to reach the beach. There is a guard to help you cross which is important as the road is busy. This is quite common of all Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotels in that area however. There are quite a few shops, restaurants, bike rentals within half a km of walk from here. Karon Beach is quieter and less crowded than Patong so probably a better fit for families but then everyone has their own take. Govindas, a pure veg restaurant has recently opened in Karon (2 km away from the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel). I rented a bike (THB 250 a day for a Honda click which was quite zippy) And used the laundry close by (charged THB 50 a kg) just to give some Idea. All in all a good option to explore for families if planning a trip to Karon.

The suite rooms are well maintained and my son fell in love with Sony PS4 playing on it a lot. The pools in the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel are good and the Beach is right opposite to the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel. There are many restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes walk. The reception staff are very informative. The room service was fast and quality of food was good.
The suite room was spacious for family of 4. It had close access to the Karon Beach and Karon market. Lot of restaurants close by.

Hotel is an amazing property near to the Beach And just 10 mins to Patong, the centre of Phuket. We booked a pool suite And it was amazing. The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel is cleaned And maintained very well, you can See cleaning staff working all the time, And there is good pest control. Food is good, however breakfast needs more vegetarian options. Staff is friendly And helps you with anything needed.

Location is near Karon Beach. Short walk across the Road in front of the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel.
It had kids area. Good pool bar And restaurant. Separate kids pool was also good. They should have a shuttle to nearby area like Karon avenue

It was Good, Clean, Staff was very co-operative, nice services, clean Swimming pool every day (I staid for 6 nights), plenty of options in Break fast for every continent & country, Rooms are nice very comfortable... I will recommend my friends & family.

Only had breakfast. Surprisingly had to pay extra for breakfast. Did not like that at all. After paying so much for the room they charged for breakfast. Good part was they upgraded our rooms. Were not giving child bed initially.

I would recommend anyone wanting to be away from the crowd of Patong to stay at Novotel Karon. Although the beach is across the road, but it's still worth it. The food and services are great. Walking distance from Karon Market.

Hi, it's a lovely kids friendly Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel but they need to improve in managing their breakfast service as they take quite a lot time in refilling.
