Patong Bay Hill Resort

Property is awesome. We booked sea/ocean view pool access room. Maintained property. 1. 4 km walk from patong beach. U can download bolt app for local cabs. Too cheaper than stand taxi. We were pure vegetarians. Trust me they dont have anything for vegetarians in breakfast. On asking i was told that we are american based Patong Bay Hill Resort group blah blah. So we have foods of that kind. Anyways i requested them to add indian veg chef & menu since there were many indian vegetarian guests. It will boost their property footfall i guess. All in all good property to stay vegetarian food unavailable (for pure veg restaurants. U may visit govinda(we visited 6times in 4 days, ganesh, kailash par-bat @ patong beach. U may google for exact location) they provide u free shuttle to & from patong beach 4 to 5 times. Fix timing. No idea abt non veg food frankly.

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted warmly by your attentive staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room was not only beautifully appointed but also meticulously clean, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the Patong Bay Hill Resort, from the exquisite decor to the delicious cuisine served at your restaurant. The dining experience was truly remarkable, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes, and the quality of service was impeccable.

This Patong Bay Hill Resort is located at a hill. Literally you will get tired reaching there. Most difficult was to carry your 20 kg of luggage with an extra 7 kg on your shoulder up the hill for around 200 meters but when you reach at there lobby, the sip of refreshing welcome drink will make up your mind and that view of the Patong Bay Hill Resort. I had a pool access in my room it was really relaxing and there pizza was out of this world (veg). The stay was nice and comfortable but the only condition is you must have a motorbike on rent to overcome the uphill distance to your room, still, Patong Bay Hill Resort people provide conveyance to reach your room but it takes 5-10 minutes waiting period.

The place is exquisite and very clean, the staff were all very sweet and welcoming, we had read a review before saying the check in would be at 2:00 p.m. only and we have to wait until then, but when we went to the Patong Bay Hill Resort at 11:00 a.m., they directed us to the room right away. There is a shuttle service from reception to the rooms. Shuttle services sometimes took time and we were a little frustrated about it. It is pretty far from Bangla road or the Beach area, but no complaints. It was all worth it because the room came with a swimming pool, there were Patong Bay Hill Resort transportation services. So, all in all? It was wonderful!

Our stay was excellent, the staff was very polite. We had booked a suite with private jacuzzi in M building. Room Service was good, the pool is fabulous, it's one of it's own kind, breakfast has a vast variety for all including Indians, housekeeping was very punctual and helpful, the location is based on a hill and only you have shuttle dropping you to the city and coming back you can take a bike or car to your Patong Bay Hill Resort which would be 4-5 minutes from the city. If you want to have a 5 star experience, you can choose this Patong Bay Hill Resort, its very quiet, calm and peaceful, loved it and would sure visit again.

I stayed at patong bay hill resort & spa and i enjoyed my stay very much. The resort is located in a quiet area of patong. The pool access room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The housekeeping service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the restaurant also served delicious food for lunch and dinner. The resort also offered a free shuttle service to the center of patong, which was very convenient. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

I had booked 4 night stays 1 night in Jacuzzi room, 3 nights in 1 bedroom pool access sea view suite the staff was prompt to allow early check in as I arrived at 11 AM. Rooms are very good and spacious. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options. However, for a non veg person, there are lots of options. Resort has service to drop and pick you from your room since it is at a height. The pool outside the room was fabulous. Hotel also provides shuttle service to Pa Tong area for free at dedicated times. Over all a good time. Can say this to be a budget 5* Patong Bay Hill Resort.

Location is very good. Directly pool access from room. This Patong Bay Hill Resort is on Hill. Staff is good. They are providing shuttles from reception to room for free 24 hours. Property is too good. In room there was a bed room and hall with dining table oven and induction. But the problem was only one there no equipment to use induction like cooking pan or other things. No Indian menu available in restaurant. Saloon is too good. We really enjoyed stay there. Hotel Patong Bay Hill Resort made my trip awesome.

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights, it was amazing experience, we had a jacuzzi room, it was fabulous. This property is so much near to patong beach. It's just veg. Option is less in breakfast, else amazing resort to stay

Never order food from room. It is not worth the money. Breakfast was alright. Air conditioning didn't work properly.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the view is beautiful. The Patong Bay Hill Resort is also beautiful but a little far from the beach.

Good food and meal is fine all is fine

3 night stay along with family. Direct entry to private pool, enjoyed very much with breakfast. Lovely nature of staffs. Room size is very good. Shuttle service for patong beach is comfortable and easy. Distance from patong beach is about 5 km. Scenic beauty is awesome from Patong Bay Hill Resort.

The price we paid for a suite room Sea view pool access was just incredibly cheap. The property is very beautiful.
