I had a fantastic experience at this Patong Bay Residence and highly recommend it. From the moment i entered our room, The Patong Bay Residence exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness and comfort of the Patong Bay Residence were top-notch. We booked a studio room (4301) on the 3rd floor, which was perfect for three people. It had a separate living area with a kitchen and a single bed. The Patong Bay Residence’s location, about 1. 5 km from the main bangla road, was convenient for walking. In conclusion, if you’re considering booking a Patong Bay Residence in Phuket, don’t hesitate to choose this one. You won’t be disappointed.

As a resident of patong, i have had many wonderful experiences in this amazing city. One particular experience that stands out to me was when i visited the patong beach. It was a beautiful day and the crystal-clear waters of the andaman sea were beckoning me. I took a dip in the warm water and enjoyed the peaceful sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet vibrant and there were plenty of activities to enjoy such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and beach volleyball. Throughout the day, i met many friendly locals and tourists, and enjoyed delicious street food. It was a truly unforgettable experience that i will cherish forever.

The Patong Bay Residence was very good with all amenities the size of the Patong Bay Residence room little less but again all the amenities required was there there was a sofa which can be expandable and two person can sleep easily in the double bed person can sleep easily we have got a electrical stove we go a refrigerator we got wardrobes and we got sleeper. Washroom basin every thing was clean all the amenities were given in this small spacious room the reception people were very good they have helped us in arranging for a early morning cab and every thing went very smooth

Stay is good. Nice experience. Rooms are proper considering price charged. They have electric gas which helps to cook ready to eat food like maggie's, noodles taken with us( only we need to take utensils from Patong Bay Residence with deposit to 1000 bath) breakfast is good but they only serve english breakfast, no indian types in breakfast considering a large amount of indians stay in Patong Bay Residence. Only thing need to improve, no staff umderstands english which is. Barriers in communication with there staff

The rooms are very good and large. Very good for family travellers. Our room ac was not working and they took 2 hours to change the room. Everything else is very good. They have two separate buildings and the low cost rooms are located in other side which is not as per the images shown. Rooms are also having one sofa cum bed which makes it perfect for family travellers.

We stayed here for our first night in phuket. Since we checked in late there isn’t much to report. The Patong Bay Residence is located on main road and very aptly located. The rooms are nice and clean. We stayed in grand deluxe room which is a big room with balcony. The breakfast is good. Would definitely stay here if you’re looking for a budget stay in phuket.

My stay at this Patong Bay Residence was truly delightful! the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel welcome, and the room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this establishment for a wonderful and comfortable experience.

The bay residence was a great stay for us with the baby. It is at a close walk to patong beach. It was equipped with a microwave a small kitchenette and a big fridge. Very well for a small family with partition door in between. The watch man outside gave us a scooty for rent too. Great stay! highly recommended!

Room was very modern, all amenities. My one complaint would be that the air con was alot more noist than most other Patong Bay Residences i have stayed in, but this could have been due to the openess of the room.

Friendly staffs and good veg options even the gym and pool was neat and clean. Room service is good with all necessities

The Patong Bay Residence is located 10 mins away from patong beach, spacious rooms, reception staff is a bit rude though.

Hotel is at very good place and all things are very clean but only thing which is really not good is lobby area is not air conditioned which gives frustration while check inn or at the time of waiting

Hotel room was good neat and clean just a little away from the hustle bustle easily available scooty for rent recommended for stay but beach is a little far around 20 minutes walking

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and approachable. However the breakfast buffet could have been much much better.
