Patong Beach Hotel

We stayed in Patong Beach Hotel for 1 night on 30th October. Starting with dress code of staff. Our attendants at home would not wear such dress. Reception staff was rude. Not at all practical and cooperative. Hotel has no bell boy attendant in night time. We had check out at 5 am to catch flight to India. The told us to come with luggage at reception. No attendant available up till 6. 30 am their housekeeping staff came to have final check of room. And was searching weather we have used something extra or stolen or broken like detectives do. He also didn't help us for luggage pick up till reception. We came from outside and went to restaurant at 10 pm, but they had already closed the restaurant and coffee shop and didn't serve us any thing, don't go to this Patong Beach Hotel. Plenty of Patong Beach Hotels in surrounding area available.
No but we had many many issues other than room in Patong Beach Hotel.

Hotel is very nicely located near Patong Beach. Rooms are nice and airy. Buffet breakfast has wide choice for vegetarians and non vegetarians though Indian dishes are not in the menu. There are number of Indian restaurants in vicinity. It is having a large swimming pool which is open till late evening. We enjoyed our stay at the Patong Beach Hotel.
I stayed in deluxe room with swimming pool and Sea view, room was very clean and tidy. Though it was little smaller in size but was good enough for a couple, it was tight for putting an additional bed. Room was little noisy due to very loud music being played in the night clubs and discotheques in the vicinity of the Patong Beach Hotel till late night. Overall we had a good stay at the Patong Beach Hotel.

Patong Beach Hotel (not to be confused with Patong Beach resort) is located right across the beautiful Patong Beach. Bangla Road is located near enough to walk to easily, but not so near that the noise reaches the Hotel too much. The Hotel is comfortable, with a good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby and many of the attractions of Phuket (such as Fantasea and simon cabaret) are at a comfortable distance. Only two issues the water in the bathtub was brown, and the Hotel gives very little complimentary water, the rest is all chargeable.

Great location and overall good property. Located right in front of the Beach and everything available nearby, it has a great location advantage. The pool side restaurant was a great place to relax and dine. The staffs were well behaved. The room sizes are good and well planned with a good balcony. The wash-room was great. The only issue in the room was the lighting. It was a bit dim for my liking. However overall a good stay and a great relaxing place.

It was a good stay for whom who want to stay close to bangla road. It is just opposite patong beach. There is a departmental store near Patong Beach Hotel you can buy water and all from there. It is walkable to bangla road so no worries walking back at 3 am in morning to Patong Beach Hotel. Breakfast buffet was good wit a good spread .. There are two maintained pools in Patong Beach Hotel

The Patong Beach Hotel is right in front of the patong beach and is in excellent location. The room are nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. Nothing to complaint . . Things that could be improved:. Breakfast can be better. In the room the bathroom slippers were charged

Excellent location. The best location in the whole of patong. Lovely rooms, excellent view from the room. Full sea view. Superb. Had a fantastic stay. Clean rooms lovely huge balcony. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Just cross the road. 5 minutes walk to the bangla road.

Excellent hospitality and location of Patong Beach Hotel... Just opposite of patong beach... Next to bangla road... With shopping centres like jungceylon nearby... And most important for us was availability of indian restaurant within walking distance.

Just too good to anybody in all aspects

Location is awesome just opposite patong beach... Rooms are pretty good and deluxe rooms above 6th floor are sea view.. Nice and big swimming pool.. Staff is very friendly.. Breakfast was really like a brunch...

Good Patong Beach Hotel, best location I would recommend people. It's near by to everything Beach is just opposite to the Patong Beach Hotel, only thing Missing was spa. If they had a spa too, it would have been perfect. Book online

Some part of resort is under renovation. Our room was bit old and there was some kind of stinky smell. They must do something to protect from mosquitoes, there were lot of mosquitoes inside room. They have good breakfast range.

Me and my wife enjoyed a lot here. Delicious breakfast and good swimming pool.
Good rooms. Overall a good Patong Beach Hotel. Walking distance to patong Beach and Bangla road.

We stay three days and staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Location is outstanding.

Overall good stay. Should improve on indian vegetarian items in breakfast. Excellent location close to many indian restaurants.

Hotel is very nicely located in front of the beach and near Bangla road. However food option is less for morning breakfast especially Indian vegetarians.

Fabulous I like it, everything is perfect, which tyoe I want, atmosphere is also too good, execellent facility is there, place is also soo beautiful, I want to visit again and again too excellent
