Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa

The property is a huge and sprawling property away from the maddening crowd of bangla road and the markets, so that was a welcome change. It has multiple huge pools whichvare very well maintained. An excellent location for families with young kids. The breakfast buffet has great choices and busy in the morning. Very good hygiene measures are taken to ensure safety of the diners. The rooms are recently renovated and very spacious as every room has a king as well as a queen bed in it, again great for families. Mostly an european and middle eastern clientele. Rates a little higher than other Phuket Graceland Resort & Spas, but i guess the difference is the vast spaces!

This resort has a huge property and amazing staff service. Being an old resort the rooms and little worn out but its manageable without any major issues. The pool access rooms are really spacious and has all the amenities and things one needs for daily uses. The breakfast spread is also amazing. If you are a vegetarian then thailand as a whole will be little difficult in terms of food. But if you enjoy non-veg then you would surely love their breakfast buffet spreads. They have two different restaurants and you can avail any of these for breakfast. For couples and family this is a perfect resort as the quality of guests is good.

Hotel was good, rooms were spacious and large. Rooms are five stars but lobby is two star. One very poor was luggage people who did not even help us to load the luggage in the taxi we ourselves loaded the luggage. Waiters eat away commissions. We had booked a taxi to Airport, but when the discharge whispered something in the language and he was not ready to take us below. we had to give as there was no options as they did not allow anyone to come in. Such a wonderful Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa but all credits snatched away due to such people. Management should read this review and improve.

It’s a biggish Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa with many towers and rooms. The rooms are excellent. The biggest i have seen so far in thailand. Huge rooms. Huge bathrooms and balcony’s. The breakfast spread is big but hardly anything vegetarian. Services are good. Check in and check out were smooth. There are huge swimming pools. Also the Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa houses a bowling alley which was awesome. A but away (7-10mins walk) from bangla street. Pa tong beach was right opposite the Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. Overall i would give it 5 stars.

We family of five stayed for three nights in graceland resort which is on patong road near to major market anctivities and right at the beach. Though we lived doing aqua-aerobics with asha and kevin we were slightly disappointed with the vegetarian/vegan breakfast options, there were none except bread, butter, fruits and milk despite many indian guests. They should assess and include some indian vegetarian options too, just a little suggestion. Overall stay was comfortable.

Brilliant Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa in the heart of Phuket Patong Beach, sprawling gardens and pools. The Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa is right in front of the Beach. Very good and helpful staff, great spacious rooms. Beds were extremely soft and cushion resulting in slight back pain though. But overall an excellent Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. I will most possibly stay there next time also.

Wonderful resort with great helpful staff and great food . Rooms are clean and spacious . I would recommend the pool access rooms if you like spending time in the pool .. Located right next to the beach in a prime location in Patong .. if you are planning a stay in Phuket this is the place of be .. no second thoughts .. Thanks Graceland for making my stay in Phuket one of our best ..

Everything is amazing- the room (spacious and very clean, the view from the room or the from the resort, both the pools are lovely to swim in. Will really recommend to stay here, also mostly everything is near at a walking distance and beach is just opposite the property. Although the staff is sweet & welcoming- the luggage guy/bellpops was very rude while checking out.

The resort is at patong beach, facing the beautiful sea and has great access to water activities and walks. The resort is very nice and the breakfast spread had many good options. I personally loved the swimming pool and the resort is very clean and up to mark! highly recommended )

Nice property with big green area near bangla road staff is to good. Inside travel desk have high prise. Food quality is also nice

It was a brilliant experience for us. We stayed here for 3 n 4d and everything was top notch here. It's a huge property very near to patong beach and bangla street. Pros: 1. Location 2. Budget friendly 3. Room service and staff 4. Swimming pool areas. Cons: no indian food option in the breakfast menu.

Room was fabulous. The Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa was in front of the beach. Staff was cooperative. Breakfast was very lavish and full of varieties. Overall it was a nice experience to book the room with Makemytrip. No problems at all !!!

Lot of activities for children. Pools are good and big. Break fast is good but need more variety. TV channels are also less but then it's problem in entire Thailand. Kids play center is the highlight. My daughter was only there for almost all time.

The best thing about the Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa is its location. Very near to the Patong Beach and its walkable to all the required places. Loved our stay)
