My stay at amalthea hotel, Phuket, was a mix of highs and lows. The cozy rooms and great location were definite highlights, providing a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel's culinary offerings were also commendable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. However, it's essential to address some concerns. There was a constant foul smell emanating from the toilets, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the front office staff lacked the expected level of hospitality, which is a crucial aspect in the hotel industry. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of amalthea hotel, including the inviting rooms, prime location, and good food, make it a reasonable choice. Addressing the issues with the toilets and improving the staff's hospitality would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience.

No water

There was no water for whole evening. No alternate arrangement made either. Lift is not working properly.
