Breakfast options could have been better. No meals served at the hotel. Small swimming pool which is outdoor. They have 2 buildings so people do get confused at times

Food is ok for indians but according to the price of the rooms the location is good. Market is on walking distance from here. We just want to spend less on rooms but rooms are nice and staff also

Nice location, clean rooms, they should adjust guest before 2 pm if possible thanks rest every thing is OK. Service is perfect, nice brekfast, food rates are nominal guality is good over all value for money

Rooms were nice and clean, the pool on the top floor was also very good. The location is very good every attraction is at walking distance such as Patong beach walking street Bangla road and Indian hotel is also available near by. Overall value for money hotel.

We had booked APK Resort but we were given stay in Three by APK as the previous hotel was in renovation. Good place to stay with family and friends. Convenient location near patong beach. They tried to provide vegetarian food for breakfast. Neat and clean hotel. Value for money.

The property shown in the picture is different than the actual, there is no telephone to call in the reception if you need any help. The lift is very slow. And the service is also very slow

The value for money

Little below the value for money. Facilities to be improved to meet the average hotel.
The location of Three by APK is good since Patong beach is just a 5 min walk away. The service was pretty poor and staff were unwelcoming. It is not good value for money since they treat it like dormitories more than hotel.

Average hotel with poor service

1. The service was very bad. You ask for some water they take ages to deliver t to you.
2. The reception folks were very rude.
3. Apk groups should have a unified system. You book and app and the drivers there take you to a different apk. Which makes travellers annoying.
4. The infra is too bad. Thy have tried their best to maintain it. But still better can be done

The hotel is value for money since the rooms are jumbo size ... Don't expect much from the leisure facilities. The hotel needs some minor renovations. It has a big balcony that has got beautiful views from all sides. Overall it's a good options.

Hotel staff including receptionist they were not co-operative. They had no knowledge about the hotel and the amenities in the hotel.

Staff is very rude. They charged extra because I leave my keys in my room. Swimming pool is like a joke. Cleanliness was not there.

Waste of money

Waste of money. Receptionist is not aware what she says. She commits that she'll give advance money in 3 hours and delayed it for 9 hrs. It's not a best hotel for couples or families. Lots of men are roaming and swimming pool is always dirty. The photos are fake.
