Very good experience regarding stay as well as hospitality. The hotel is situated in the prime location of Phuket. All places were very close to the hotel. The hotel also provided us free drop to some places.

Good and beautiful property staff is very corporative with the customers and pols dont do any damage at the property they demand high prices of damages

Excellent stay. The rooms were big and clean at a reasonable price. Staff was also very polite and always at your service. Highly recommend.

Excellent cleanliness and far from disturbance, but the bed is not very comfortable. I thank the previous management of the flexible hotel two years ago and I stayed there for 20 days.

Amazing resort with great and helpful staff. In a weeks stay had no problems what so ever! Loved the pool and the Billabong Bar. Sammy at the front desk helped us with any activities that we were looking for. The easy pick up and drops to & from Patong beach were very convenient.

Overall the hotel was very good. They didn’t have room service and also the pool was dirty. The hotel is very nice

Nice hotel , if you are young you will like it more because its at uphill. It’s in phuket so when you get tired and want a decent room to spend pleasant night. Its a good place

I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are cheap for a couple TBH /- (without breakfast)
Has an in house swimming pool.
The rooms are big and spacious with a big balcony overlooking fields and into nature. The downside is, that it can get taxing to walk to your room if you are given the new building rooms (not facing the swimming pool) Strategically, the hotel is very well located, so that you can hire a moped and when you get down the hotel hill (yes it's located at a steep hill), you can always get a glimpse of Traffic police whether they are at Zula to catch moped riders without IDP and hence you can avoid them or go walking 😎 Never got caught in the 5 days stay i had here, cheers to the location.
