This is a luxurious property with an amazing location very close by to the beach and lots of cafés near by. This Hotel is a very good option when in Phuket.

Location is bit far from hustle bustle near to kata beach. Resort is well maintained & super courteous staff. Food is lovely. Safety & hygiene maintaining is great.

Stayed for 5 days here. The stay was amazing thanks to the wonderful staff at the resort. The place is maintained really well. Both the swimming pools are well maintained and clean. Had booked the hotel relying on past reviews and I think it was the best decision ever.

I would say superb for this property. it's a very happening place to stay. Service is very good. Kata beach is just at walk-able distance. Before this property we stayed at Andaman Canaicia Resort which is just beside this property. It was not as happening as this one, even it was costlier than this property. Overall experience was superb.

Location is a big plus. 4-5 mins walk from kata beach. Did not try the food as i checked the menu and very less options for vegetarian food were there. We went to an indian restaurant nearby which was at a walking distance. Staff was nice and welcoming, they always greet and smile when you pass by. They upgraded us to a bigger room which was actually huge as compared to other hotels. There is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the pool view. There are 2 big pools. They ask you to deposit 2000 thb for security that they refund on checkout. I think they can work on the room interior as it looks like it’s a very old style. The other hotel rooms where we stayed had definitely better room interiors. Also, i think it’s a little overpriced compared to other hotels

We stay for 5nights. It's a well maintained resort with 2 beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet has a good combination of english, thai and indian cuisines. The resort is very near to the beach and in-case you opt for a beach view room on the top floor the view is spectacular.

Great location, okay hospitality

Hotel is located at a perfect place. Everything is just a step away ranging from food to booking tours and bikes. They just need to improve the amenities in the room such as enough towels, iron and soaps. Other than that the place is perfect for families and couples.

Got a great deal on MakeMyTrip. The resort is conveniently located 5 minutes from Kata beach. The pool is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sea view is partial and in a distance but a good thing to wake up to. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options but decent. There are taxis available all the time so your commute is taken care of. The current went for sometime when we were hoping to rest during the day but they said it was a one of incident, not sure. Restaurant is open till 11.30 which is nice. Pool closes at 7 which is not nice but that seems to be the case with most resorts. Overall an 8/10 stay.

Air conditioning was a big let down

If you are in in april one thing that is most critical for your comfortable stay is good air conditioning. We had booked 4 rooms and 3 of them had such an issue with the aircons that they had to change the room in middle of the night. The hotel needs to have more qualified staff and better maintenance of their air conditioning so that the guests don’t have issues. Another challenge was that the rooms which were given to us were interconnected with the door - the noise of tv and talk from another room was quite disturbing

3. Old property. Good service the chanalai flora resort kata beach Phuket is an old property. While the rooms are spacious, the acs were not working properly. We had booked 4 rooms and 2 of the rooms were so bad, we had to change them in the middle of the night. Remaining two and the new two ones were also not great - there was hardly any air flow from the acs. We had to beg borrow standing fan from the restaurant. The service though is good. Food is average, not suiting indian pallet. Even continental food is made in thai style. Location is great. Close to beautiful kata beach and 15mins walk from kata noi - even more prettier beach. Market all around. Over all a great location.

Room and welcome was good. Breakfast was good. Restaurant buffet dinner was disappointing. Also they asked us to pay for something we didn't use. Later they sorted it though. Room service was prompt. Beware of mosquitoes though as their repellant doesn't work well. Get it from outside. Special mention to their welcome drink which was tasty.
