Review Of Naina Resort & Spa

Breakfast is poor, there is no hand wash, Television is for show only it will not work, you cannot watch basic Netflix on it, They don’t have drinking glasses as well in the room and the lighting is so poor you cannot get ready also. Go only if you want to ruin your trip.

Naina resort and spa is located in a quiet place. People who stay here should not miss the wide spread delicious breakfast. The hospitality of this hotel was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

The hotel was great, pool view room was best, room was clean, lighting was very dim, shower was not working properly, room service was not good. The location could have been better, would suggest to go more near to patong beach. They have 2000 tbh security deposit keep it in mind. The bed was bit not comfortable due to its springs.

Food is not good Resort is nice Rooms are big

Naina is always my favourite and this was my second time stay over there. But I must say this time Naina disappointed me a bit. I took one of those premium studio rooms just beside the pool. Few of the amenities were not working. Tea maker wasn't working and they had to change it. Bathroom door was half broken and almirah door was also half broken. Didn't expect such things. Last time my experience was much better.

Every thing is good. But food they were not changing the menu. Whatever the items that are left over before the same menu is getting continued the next day by heating. Only if the item is completely over then only that item is not there next day. Paying this much for resort and eating the same food for 3 days did not give any value.

Yes we are stay very safely. No worries about our stay. Very good staff. Good atmosphere. Very delicious breakfast. Thank you Make My Trip for giving this wonderful stay.

Hotel location and front is good, breakfast buffet nice, vegetarian options are there (however, major non veg place). But the rooms are not maintained up to the mark, one is small another is big, issue with ventilation in bathroom, dim lights only, at times towel not replaced, need to ask them, accessories are also very limited, seems they are more of to serve to superior rooms.

Horrible stay… rooms were not good, no basic amenities, very bad attitude at the front desk, receptionist had so much attitude that they are doing some charity… will not recommend this place for anyone…very poor service except one person who was helpful

We stayed for 5 nights, it was a good stay overall nice view, good location. breakfast options are decent, with 3 vegetarian indian options like, 1 subzi, naan, rice, raita if anyone is a non vegetarian then would have additional options. A little down point is the room cleaning part, as staying for 5 nights we expected the room to be atleast cleaned 3 times. For the money its worth

Decent property, demand security at time of check-In, no toiletry items provided not even soap for hand wash and AC not working properly

The only good thing about this property was its location - everything else was disappointing. Room service and cleanliness were extremely poor, and the staff was unhelpful throughout our stay. We had booked two rooms; while one was cleaned occasionally, the other wasn’t cleaned even once in three days. Towels were not changed, the mattresses were dirty, and no basic washroom essentials like toothbrushes, soap, or handwash were provided. There was no one attending calls in night if you need anything. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. Even the breakfast was a letdown - they served plain rice with curry, and the taste was terrible. Definitely not worth the price or experience.

The stay was okay.. staff was good and always available. but they didn't even provide drinking water with the room.. everything was chargeable. But overall stay in low budget was good.

The resort was good but the property maintenance is not at all good seriously it is horrible no proper room service no proper toiletries in the washroom even the towels provided was torn and bed sheets and blankets are too old and the rooms was stinking .while changed the room that room also is in same condition

Naina is a stay which is running only by the fact that its rooms are cheap. We arrived and although the rooms were empty, we were made to wait more than 2 hours to hand over the rooms. Once inside, there were no towels, or soap in the bathroom. The hotel manager is not in sync with the housekeeping, and they constantly to the main desk about things being done which haven’t been so. In the 3 days we stayed, our room was not cleaned once, although the hotel manager has apparently that it was cleaned. We asked them to come and check, which they cannot do. On the 3rd day, we ran out of water and asked for that. Showed us a message that our room has been cleaned and bottles kept, nothing was done. We needed up purchasing it from outside. The room is badly lit and very few switches work. The exhaust in our bathroom had no way of switching on, and the housekeeping staff were also clueless. AC leaks, TV, Phone is not connected and you get the feeling if you opt to stay here.

Breakfast was very good and having variety. Location of the property is at peace and Bangla road is 5mins away with scooter Cons: However property is lagging with some facilities like proper hot water, few lights in room were not workings. One major issue with the property is sometimes they did not provide booking confirmation. There were 2 couple who waited for 2-3hours as they were told we did not received your booking.

Property location is very good with all facilities at walking distance.the atmosphere is very cool at the property with a nice pool.nicely located.

It is a budget friendly and very nice resort. Walking distance from Bangla street and nearby Indian restaurants.

Commitments were not honoured either by Maje my trip team nor by Naina Resorts in terms of breakfast. The cleanliness was an issue
