Experience at the The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites was good for us. Staff were good and very helpful. Me, as a vegetarian feel there should be more options. I would suggest there should be a shower curtain to avoid wetting the whole bathroom during shower. Rooms are comfortable and the provision for tea is good. I would like to point out that there were umbrellas available at our disposal which was very useful when it rained. Overall our stay at the The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites was pleasant and would definitely would like to stay again when we visit Phuket. Thanks guys.
Good hotel for a comfortable stay

This is a good property to stay at patong area. Rooms are specious. Location is good. O top market is just opposite to the road. You have seven eleven. Local food joints just within 1 minute walk. Even an indian restaurant is just opposite to the The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites. Patong beach is around 15 minutes walk and bangla road is about 20 minutes walk.

The The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites is situated at a very peaceful location with a great view of the city from the terrace. The pool was also good and clean. At first the manager sought to transfer us to some other property, but after a discussion he gave us our booking. Bringing a friend inside is chargeable.

The The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites location is very good. I loved the cleanliness and maintenance of the The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites. The rooms were very big with every amenities. There is no pool bar as such. The breakfast buffet doesn't provide varieties, but quality is good.

We were not expecting that from the property but got more than that. It was a clean one and the staff were more friendly. The outside view of the property is not good but the room amenities are best. I will recommend this property with a commend that the tariff would have less than what we paid.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the nice big and clean rooms. The breakfast was very good. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. There were everything in the room a traveler will require, like the electronic safe, umbrella, separate towels for taking to the pool etc.

I lived in the bathtub premier room with my husband and mother. The The ASHLEE Heights Patong Hotel & Suites room was extremely spacious and clean. There were lots of amenities like bathrobe, slippers, umbrella, press. You name anything and it was there. Location was near good restraints.

Lovely property. Perfect location walking distance from Patong beach & Bangla road. All restaurants nearby. Very good rooms with all facilities. WiFi is good in lobby but weak in rooms. Breakfast is very good. Loved my stay here & will come again soon.

Very good place with large rooms though receptionist is not so friendly. This place is in walkable distance from the beach and also walkable distance to night life at Patong Beach. Simon cabaret is also close by but we would not recommend

Little far from the beach and Bangla street. 15-20 meters. Staff service was not good except Kwang. No early check-in at all though the room was empty and ready.
