The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa

I was traveling and staying with my husband here. Hotel location was good, it was near to many places but The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa staff behavior was really bad, first when we reach here for check in they asked us for wait atleast 30min. And then after 30 min. They gave us a key for our room and told us that we have to carry our luggage by ourselves. Well when we reached our room by lift so someone was already in a room, means they gave a wrong key to us for someone's else room. Then again we have to go on reception and asked them for a wrong key then all staff was started laugh loudly. Overall The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa staff was really bad in behavior not professional, no have any manners with guests.

The stay was lovely. The The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa was very clean, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast offered had a good selection of food ranging from vegetarian to non-vegetarian. The only problem I found was it is a little far from Patong Beach and Bangla street. Around 25 minutes walk to Bangla street. The frequency of the shuttle bus offered by the The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa was lesser than required. For e.g. The evening shuttle bus was at 4 pm and then 8 pm. So if you missed the 4 pm bus, you would not reach the beach before the dark. To summarize- if you get this The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa at a good price and are okay with staying away from the beach then good to book.

Overall stay was OK. Their checkout is 12 and check-in is 2pm same as other The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spas but other The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spas don't charge for little pre checkin if rooms vacant. This The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa charges and charged me for checkin at 12 even when many rooms were vacant. It has separate buildings instead of a single The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa. Location is 1.7 kms from Patong beach. They have free shuttle at 4-5 slots but otherwise cabs/shared taxis there charge good for 1.7 kms. Breakfast is fine. Veg option can be improved. You have stores, market and eating options nearby.

We had a pleasant stay. Although most of the time we were in market or tours. Hotel staff was cooperative and helpful. Loved the internal connected door facility in our adjoining rooms. Only problem was that swimming pool was in different building. It has 3 buildings with so many rooms. All next to each other. Patong beach was 1 km walking distance from this The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa and 1 famous street market which had so many Thai food counters and shopping counters, was 2 mins walking distance from The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa.

First of all when we entered the room it feels like its a room of five star The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa everything was so good, a mini bar in the room balcony view was so good. TV was there. Wardrobe mirror washroom. A very good bed. Everything was up to the mark. I got one problem my rooms lock was not working properly. But the staff make it repaired immediately. I was on my honeymoon and the room decoration was made for that. Thank you Ashlee Plaza staff for making a part of my honeymoon good.

It was worth an experience. This The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa is nicely located Around 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach. Hotel staff is courteous and they offer Indian food. They don't offer free pick up and drop off to the airport. However, if you are ready to spend few extra money then it can be provided by The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa anytime even in the early hours.

I liked this The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa too much. Staff is good as well. Also one more thing about this The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa was indian food is in this The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa is good. I am not talking about food in breakfast if you order from their restaurant then food is very good. Rooms are quiet clean. I haven’t taken pictures. ?

We stayed at ashlee patong for 2 days. Hotel is well equipped with all the facilities and amenities. There are good options available for indian food nearby the property. Breakfast has limited options for indian vegetarians. Views from room were good. Swimming pool is also well equipped. Property is at walking distance from the patong beach.

The property was good. Friendly staff. Overall good.

Not far from Patong Beach. Good location for people who doesn't wish to stay in a loud noisy area. Decent breakfast buffet.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Enjoyed staying. Hotel staff are gentle and helpful. Pool and morning breakfast were good.

Guys, we stayed there for a night and trust me its really good for a day or 2 stay. Since its cheap don't expect much from it but for only sleeping purpose its a no brainer. The rooms were really clean and breakfast was just ok. Location is a bit south from Patong.

Stay was excellent more than expected.

The staff is sweet and polite. The property is beautiful and the location is the best! little problem for english speaking people but overall good experience.
