A very large area and a lot of pools

We stayed in this hotel in the beginning of September. I highly recommend it. Me and my family stayed one week. Every thing was OK. The staff speaks English, German and Russian. More than half of the tourists were German. There were very interesting programs in the theater every night. The animation team was very good too. The beach was very large. The seawater was 29 degrees.

Our initial 2 days were a bit disturbed as the hotel did not give us two separate rooms for 3 adults as we had booked. Instead they gave us one single family room that lacked privacy and was also not sea facing as we had booked. We are still awaiting refund as promised during resolution. Unfortunately we saw this happening with few other guests as well, so seems this is a common practice with the hotel when they see family members booking separate rooms. Moreover, the room cleanliness was just average and the food was good for 3 days but felt very boring and repetitive after that. Otherwise the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
