Perfect location. Nice property. A little old construction unlike the newly built modern properties but not less than the others. Just 5 minutes walk to Taksim Square (main hub for shopping and cafes in Istanbul for tourists). Peaceful and quiet as you don't want to live right in the middle of hustle bustle. Very warm staff. I was greeted with a surprise birthday cake, a greeting card and a 20% discount voucher to their spa since my birthday fell in between my stay at Grand Hyatt. The cake wasn't an ordinary one for the heck of it. It was freshly baked and I'm sure it was a special preparation. Tasted like chocolate heaven. Very gentle and caring staff. Overall I would rate the entire experience 10 on 10.

Grand Hyatt Grand Hyatt Istanbul is a great place to stay. Centrally located, good value for money, great food, great hospitality and pool area is amazing. Overall would definitely stay again here on my visit to Istanbul. The staff is very polite and helping taxi service is also good.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Only we not get complimentary breakfast. Remaining tennis court and pool very nice. Very well organised and advance systems, appreciate. Room service and reception response very quick. Reception very well guide our tour plan and save a lot. Thanks.

Excellent. Very helpful. Location wise excellent. Food super excellent. View from room excellent. City tour, Cruise excellent. Very test fully? Decoret. Stuff are very nice. Arrange for car very fast. Overall very satisfied.

Great Location. Excellent property. Helpful staff and front desk! 2-3 mins walk to Taksim square /Gezi Park/ Taksim metro and 5 mins to Istiklal street. Nice rooms and facilities as its Hyatt which never fails to deliver Great Hospitality. Spa is expensive.
