    Excellent location, amazing hospitality, the staffs were always ready to help with a smiling face, they even have a free wheelchair for the elderly. Overall excellent hotel especially for elderly travellers.

    Location is excellent as it’s very close to Hagia Sophia. But the room was extremely small. Bathroom even smaller. I stayed for two days and they did not even clean the room. Had to ask twice to get someone to help with luggage during checkout but nobody came. Elevator also wasn’t working so had to walk down with luggage.
