We booked this property for 6 days and that was one of the best decisions of our stay. Very centrally located. Excellent staff and prompt service. Very friendly staff at the security, checkin and room service. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to all visiting istanbul. Thankyou.

Grand hyatt istanbul our second time, every time tempted to extend our stay here, it's breakfast options far more better, very well trained english speaking reception, fabulous food, spacious room, vast property. Second visit book another hotel then come back to this.

Stay at grand hyatt was wonderful. Excellent service. Very nice rooms. Got a free upgrade for the room as well. Food is little expensive but delicious. Best food in turkey

Good location, food was good to taste. Had a Comfortable stay. Rooms were Clean. Staff was Friendly. Had no problem while checkinn checkout or billing. Must stay. Only problem was bit costly.

Excellent. Very helpful. Location wise excellent. Food super excellent. View from room excellent. City tour, Cruise excellent. Very test fully? Decoret. Stuff are very nice. Arrange for car very fast. Overall very satisfied.

Perfect location. Nice property. A little old construction unlike the newly built modern properties but not less than the others. Just 5 minutes walk to Taksim Square (main hub for shopping and cafes in Istanbul for tourists). Peaceful and quiet as you don't want to live right in the middle of hustle bustle. Very warm staff. I was greeted with a surprise birthday cake, a greeting card and a 20% discount voucher to their spa since my birthday fell in between my stay at Grand Hyatt. The cake wasn't an ordinary one for the heck of it. It was freshly baked and I'm sure it was a special preparation. Tasted like chocolate heaven. Very gentle and caring staff. Overall I would rate the entire experience 10 on 10.

Ideal location off Taksim square. Great environment and facilities. Value for money. Good food. Non-invasive and flexible. Willing to go the extra mile to make one comfortable. Front desk brilliant. Awesome!

Great Location. Excellent property. Helpful staff and front desk! 2-3 mins walk to Taksim square /Gezi Park/ Taksim metro and 5 mins to Istiklal street. Nice rooms and facilities as its Hyatt which never fails to deliver Great Hospitality. Spa is expensive.

Rooms were very big, staff was very coordial, location was excellent, not many vegetarian options in food. Overall a great experience only food quality can improve!

Room was clean and nice, the only issue i felt reception guy tried selling us another upgraded room by saying the room we had booked wasn't instantly available and we would have to wait for 2 hours, even tho we were checking in at 2 pm only. He said we could pay 70 euros more and get the room instantly at higher floor, which doesn't make sense. However, we chose to wait and when my husband went to talk to his manager to give us room for the time being and then we could shift to our room, we got to know our room was always available & we handed over the keys instantly. Kind of a scam.

We stayed for 3 nights at grand hyatt istanbul, the hotel is well located close to taksim square in a quiet road. Breakfast was satisfactory but should include more vegetarian options.

Good and centrally located hotel. Walking distance to Taksim square. Concierge very helpful to get taxi services. Did not have any meals here so cannot comment. Small issues: One cockroach in room. Promptly removed and offered to change room. Safe in one room did not work. Shower a little congested. Suggest to keep dairy whitener in rooms for tea. But overall a good experience.

Reception is very good. Staffs are so receptive and helpful. Also guiding properly for local sightseeing etc. So it is better to stay for all concerned.
