    Best location, best service best room it’s a complete five star experience however, breakfast could have been a little better, but everything else was just great. Thank you.

    Everything was perfect, the ac was funny, randomly it used to stop cooling in the middle of night or early morning

    Terrible service

    1) we arrived and the hotel we had to wait over an hour to get into our room 2) the breakfast staff were poorly trained and kept forgetting our orders 3) the spa staff were poorly trained and kept mixing our treatment booking 4) the res-truant staff also kept forgetting our order 5) the highlight was the concierge called khan/can who was very helpful
