Excellent location very near the most happening place in istanbul city. Good amenities. Rooms are okay, not quite spacious. Temperature regulation with the room ac was poor. Excellent breakfast spread.

The front staff is very good.The hotel does not provide complimentary water bottle per day plus coffee and tea refill. When we called housekeeping, they said we would be charged. On checking out the manager said that you are entitled for free coffee and water. The hotel did not bother to reverse the same on our bill.
