Run!!! Do not stay here. The manager and cleaners/receptionist steal. They work together and split the money. I kept in the closet in my bag. I stayed two weeks on my last two days they money was gone. Also the pictures are all a lie. There is no breakfast at all at this place but they advertise as free breakfast. They are scam artist. The manager is nasty and defended his cleaner blindly. He said they would never do that I know this you are probably lying and dreaming you had that much money with you. The bathroom smells like a sewer 24/7 our room stank so bad and there is hardly any light in there. It’s a motel!!! The receptionist is hardly ever at the desk you have to hunt her down she’ll either be smoking or inside some house next door. Disgusting trashy people.

The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. Maya the housekeeper was fantastic in attending to our needs. This was our second time staying at the hotel. It was clean, nearby all the tourists attractions and plenty of eating choices surrounding it. There was access to connivence stores which stayed open till midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room sizes are always small in these types of hotels which is expected however the hotel room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. All the basic amenities were provided and bonus was the A/C worked. Hotel was located nearby to many of the tourists attractions. There was plenty local dining places nearby which stayed opened till midnight which was handy if you didn’t want to go very far out. I would definitely stay again if I’m visiting the area.

Pros: (1) Near to Sultanahmet and Hagie Sofie. (2) Cheap (3) Kind staff Cons: (1) No elevator narrow stairs (2) Very small and tiny bathroom. (Almost impossible to enter. about 90 cm width....) (3) Air conditioner was not working (4) Hard to access with taxi. (5) Only prodvides a small cup of drinking water (50 ml)

It was a decent hotel with a nice breakfast. The ladies were nice, it’s not a 4 or 3 star hotel but for 1 night it was good.

Mi smo rezervisali trokrevetnu sobu.Kad smo došli u hotel,čovek sa recepcije odveo nas je u podrum gde se nalazi neka trokrevetna soba.Soba je mračna,bez prozora i oseća se neki neprijatan miris.Kada sam mu rekao da mi da drugu sobu,on mi je rekao da nema više trokrevetnih soba i ponudio mi da doplatim 20 Eur za porodičnu sobu,našta sam ja morao pristati.Hotel je bio prazan i mislim da mi je namerno to ponudio kako bi mi još nešto naplatio.

Owner and staff was very friendly and helpful. 4 historical places are 15 minutes from hotel. Few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping stores.

Hotel is very quite and in a good location, within walking distance to most sights and transportation. Breakfast was decent but repetitive if staying multiple days. Good sized washroom. Helpful staff. Cons: We specifically booked a seaview room but did not get one.There was no signal on the tv for the duration of our stay despite reporting it to the hotel.

We were only staying one night, but weren’t left impressed. In terms of positives, whilst basic, the room was clean and actually quite large. The hotel was also in a good location for the main tourist attractions. Negatives started from when we arrived, as the receptionist wasn’t very friendly and didn’t make any effort to engage with us. Our room was on the same floor as the reception and we could hear everything from walking on stairs to the phone ringing, which didn’t make for a good nights sleep. A transfer from the airport was arranged for us and cost 55 euros. We were disappointed to find that the hotel had obviously charged a significant mark up, as we found from our transfer back to the hotel and others we spoke to that it should have been closer to 40. Better value can be had in other areas of Istanbul and utilising the excellent tram network rather than paying a premium to stay in a hotel that is in a good location, but isn’t as good quality.

Check in was easy and efficient. Very friendly staff and nice view from the terrace. I stayed in total of 5 hotels and this hotel had the most comfortable bed, stayed in the room with sea view.

I use a cane and struggle with steps. Luckily we were only on the first floor. Breakfast was across the street - their other building - and down a flight of stairs. Our room had a bathroom 1 metre wide and a teeny tiny sink. But. The location was superb. My sister’s room was ground floor in the other building and their bathroom was square and much roomier. I’d come back and ask for that room.

Not much to look at from outside, but never judge a book by it's cover. The rooms inside are clean and have everything you would need. Breakfast is BRILLIANT, lots of variety, highly recommend it. Decor inside the rooms are lovely. Staff are friendly. Close to everything.
