So we got a good deal at the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery. However we has a misunderstanding about the room. And I landed up celebrating my anniversary in not a very good room. My view was the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery inside. Which made me not want to open my curtains. Everyone crossing the room lobby could look straight into my room. Also I felt that being charged for water wasn't right. Most The Artisan Istanbul MGallerys offer at least one bottle complimentary each day. But after I wrote to the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery I was given a bottle free each day. My friends who had 5 other rooms didn't get that. Other than that the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery was clean. and the service was good.

This is great The Artisan Istanbul MGallery located at a walking distance from Taksim square. You get the proximity of a popular area and get avoid the noise and crowd altogether. They have an incredible view of the River from their terrace which has a nice lounge open for all. The breakfast was great and the room was luxurious. Had a perfect stay at this The Artisan Istanbul MGallery. The staff helped us leave our luggage after checkout as we had a late night flight while we were out exploring the City. They also helped us arrange a cab after this with complimentary tea and options to change and freshen up despite out check out earlier that day. Very happy with our stay.
Value for money and quality hotel

A great value for money & well maintained rooms with room service. Hospitality is great. We had a very good stay. One thing is this The Artisan Istanbul MGallery is not nearer to public transport hub, usually need to depend on taxi while handling luggage's which would cost about 30TL till nearest hub Taksim. You can try to walk about 10 to 15 min on hilly road to tram T1 or M2 or Havaist bus.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice The Artisan Istanbul MGallery, very courteous and helpful staff, excellent location, very good breakfast, the rooftop restaurant is a unique experience, walking distance to the Bosporus boat rides and Taksim square. Will strongly recommend this The Artisan Istanbul MGallery to everyone!
