The Jannah Burj Al Sarab is situated in a good peaceful area, easy to get a taxi from as well as has a pharmacy store nearby which is a good thing! I loved the rooms! Specially the washrooms. The have jet system in seats and have a nice big bathtub. Although they do not provide a bucket and mug (if that is a concern). The room view was awesome! It was a really good experience!

The Jannah Burj Al Sarab is located at a very convenient place with access to eatery and local shops. The rooms are big and well maintained. The staff is very good. The theme parks are just 30 minutes away. There are good restaurants also around the property. Would recommend this Jannah Burj Al Sarab to people travel-ling to abu dhabi.

The stay was nice, cleaning of place was as expected, service was good too, the breakfast was decent. The reception team was co-operative, and the location was nearby to lots of things (walking distance) and by car not more than 15min to most of the areas. Facilities were nice but we haven't tried them.

All the amenities were excellent and lux. Ms. Jill at the reception was very kind and helpful. They had great menu for the breakfast as well. Only con was that they have only valet parking and our car was not parked inside the parking lot.

It was really good stay. Breakfast could have more options. Customer service could be developed. It’s probably because it was too crowded with customers they can’t focus on one issue at a time.

Stayed for a day as we were attending a conference in abu dhabi. The room was really clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast spread which had so many different items. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was good and rooms were nice size. Valet was a bit slow, but overall it was a good stay especially during such a busy weekend in abu dhabi.
