Very bad experience

Dear i am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent booking made through your application. On 19-4-204 i booked a room at your hotel for a stay from 19-4-2024 to 20-4-2024 however, upon arrival on 19-4-2024, i discovered that there was no such property at the provided address. The discrepancy between the property advertised on your application and the actual location is unacceptable. This misrepresentation has caused inconvenience and frustration on my part, as well as wasted time and effort in arranging alternative accommodations. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the amount charged to my account for the booking. Additionally, i urge you to take prompt action to rectify this issue to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Please find attached any relevant booking details for your reference. Poor and dirty place

Didn't like that place bcoz of poor service and narrow space in the room, so we booked room 2 days but we left in mid night due to bad service and bad environment
