Excellent Stay

The hotel was amazing great location and very accessible for yeas island and downtown. The facilities were top knotch and staff very friendly and attentitive. I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was also very expansive with a wide variety of fresh food to choose from.

My check-in was delayed by almost 2 hours! i booked (via mmt) for spacious sea view room however hotel received booking for standard room. Due to this difference i had to wait for check in and room allotment.

I'm not happy for the staff named nada who gave me a different room. I booked for seaview with balcony but she gave us a city view and without balcony. It's a bad customer service
