Great and lovely place to stay, although there were ongoing arrangements that cause some noise, but it is not much, overall it is a great place to stay, i will definitely visit again if i have any occasion around that axis

It was a really nice stay at this hotel.
PROS :
■ Check-in & Check-out was very smooth.
■Staffs were courteous, helpful & cooperative.
■We were given a Big enough,Non-Smoking clean room on 15th floor with a good city view.
■Location is within the city where all types of market is very close.
■All necessary amenities for an apartment like Gas Oven, Washing Machines, Crockeries, utensils etc. were provided.
■They allowed us an extra hour post scheduled Check-out time.
■Luggage also was kept safely under their custody till night since we had late night flight & we went for city tour & shopping post check-out. CONS : ■Housekeeping Service Response was a bit late
■Washroom floor drainage system was not upto the mark.

I am happy with uptown apartments but certainly not happy with make my trip. My booking of 20th may was not sent to the hotel and i was stranded along with my family at 2 am in the night when i tried to check in. Inspite of paying and getting mail from your end i had to wait for 1. 5 hrs at mid night until the hotel showed goodwill and admitted me by taking the deposit. I was trying to reach customer care but the ivr in all options were saying that the timings were till 9 pm and they are closed now. Very bad experience with mmt. I have done several bookings thru mmt and was given such treatment.

Nice place. Central location. Neat rooms. Value for money. Downtown apartment hotel is a great place to stay for budget travellers. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
