Review for Al Habtoor Hotel: The Al Habtoor Polo Resort itself is beautiful and stylish, with a modern and comfortable ambiance that makes for a pleasant stay. However, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, lacking variety compared to other Al Habtoor Polo Resorts. Additionally, the staff at night seemed less accommodating, and there was a noticeable difference in how they interacted with guests, sometimes even appearing to favor certain nationalities. Overall, it’s a great Al Habtoor Polo Resort in terms of location and aesthetics, but I would hope for better service and a wider selection at breakfast next time.

Everything was good staff from reservation, reception and cleaners are very friendly. Only near ro swimming pool entrance there is wooden stand for adrverisment flip on my baby head alhamdulillah there is jo blood but she cried a lot it was check out time so we left. You should properly fix the stand to prevent any other children get hurt

Overall experience is excellent! especially in the morning when you see the greenery side of the area and horses from the balcony. The food is good and staff are great. Only thing is the pool is small, on our 1st day we didn't go for swim since it is congested.

I always stay in this Al Habtoor Polo Resort its one of my favorite places to relax from everything for a while. If im over-thinking about anything so this is the best place to run away from your thoughts, as the view of nature makes u relaxed.

Great experience, wonderful soothing views, and great food. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it to others. Couldn't attend the horse riding experience so will look forward to it on our next visit.
