We found this Avani Deira Dubai Hotel when we were searching for a 5 star budget Avani Deira Dubai Hotel for my summer family vacation with kids, Stayed here for 6 nights. Overall good experience I got with breakfast. Rooms are really good with very good room service and cleaning. Space outside the room is less. Swimming pool and gym is a good functional. Breakfast Food is good though the Indian bouquet spread is not much max 2 Indian breakfast items like one day idli, poha or dosa or bajji or poori or chapathi etc, we can find cakes, breads, fruits, etc live counter of egg omelette. I feel it's a 4 star kind Avani Deira Dubai Hotel overall and anyway satisfied with my budget. it's located in a good center and near the metro station 400 meters away but need to cross the road. Room size is sufficient for a family with 2 kids. water bottles are free of cost. This was my first experience in Dubai and didn't face any issues with staff and service as they are very helpful.

i have booked a room for 3 nights at your Avani Deira Dubai Hotel starting 3rd april. i was shown a category called superior exclusive room. the charge for this room was much higher than other categories available like superior and deluxe room at thay time booking. i thought this category to be a higher upgraded room, so i booked that at higher cost. when i checked in at your Avani Deira Dubai Hotel today morning i got a superior room as they say, but the room is too small. i request that i booked superior exclusive room, but they say there is no such category and i have been allocated a basic room. i want to know that what's there in so called exclusive superior room whose costing was more than superior and even deluxe room when there is no difference. if i am paying money, i have the right to know for what i have paid. i am totally disappointed by the room and the over price i have been charged.

I am a discovery member and always given preference to avani Avani Deira Dubai Hotel. Booked 2x double avani rooms for 3 night via mmt. Check in was smooth and have given adjacent rooms for my family; room no. 214 & 212. This Avani Deira Dubai Hotel is centrally located in deira area and in the middle of hustle and bustle. Property looks like dated however the management is trying their best to maintain it at their very best. The front desk was given a late check out on our request and we thank you for the same. Grand and excellent breakfast with daily changes at which includes few indian dishes every day. We have enjoyed our breakfast swagat restaurant and in charge mr. Preetam shetty was kind enough and taken care of all our needs. This restaurant serves buffet lunch/dinner ocassionaly. There were plenty of malls, stores, restaurants, medicals etc. Etc. In this area.

The Avani Deira Dubai Hotel was situated in a remarkable place where we have all amenities nearby. Metro stations in a walkable distance. Abubacker al. Siddqi metro i walkable distance. Avani in Deira is wonderful Avani Deira Dubai Hotel, it's located in middle of Deira. 15 min from Airport and 2 min walk from nearest Metro Station. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities. The staff is very helpful and makes sure that you are comfortable. The gym has all techs gym equipment and we're amazing. Spacious gym. The pool was clean and heated loved it. The guy at gym is super super helpful and takes good care of you. The only drawbacks are limited Tv channels and I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. Other than that it's an amazing Avani Deira Dubai Hotel. I will highly recommend.

We booked this Avani Deira Dubai Hotel for 4 nights with breakfast for reasonable price and everything was perfect. The Avani Deira Dubai Hotel gave us an early check in for free, the metro station is just 200 m away, super market, medical store, restaurant are around this Avani Deira Dubai Hotel. The Avani Deira Dubai Hotel staff was really helpful and kind. The room was also really clean and well comfortable. We requested a late check-out and that was also provided to us for a little penny. The best 5 star Avani Deira Dubai Hotel in deira.

I would rate 4 out of 5 to this Avani Deira Dubai Hotel. They do provide good service and facilities as compared to prices. In my opinion, it is not exactly a 5 star Avani Deira Dubai Hotel considering their overall services, breakfast and facilities which they provide. Breakfast menu can be improved by offering more varieties and live food options. Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool was open and good too. Staff was polite and co-operative. Overall it's a good Avani Deira Dubai Hotel at reasonable price and recommend others to stay.

Cleanliness: 4/5 food : 4/5 location: 3/5 room: 4/5 room was very spacious, clean and tidy, food and room service are very affordable. Location is a problem as its not that centrally but it's connected to the metro station breakfast with room was little on lower side as there were no good options and mostly the options were in sweets. Overall if you need a comfortable and affordable stay than this is a good pick as the Avani Deira Dubai Hotel staff also helped us with late check-out.

Good stay.

We spent 5 nights at Avani Deira Dubai Hotel avani deira dubai. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread was wide and very appealing. The staff were very courteous. The facilities were wonderful. The location is also great.

The morning breakfast is not good, it is pure continental

Overall experience was okay except food. Indian options in breakfast was there but no taste in anything. Check in and check out was smooth, however they have deposited 100 aed as security which was not mentioned.

A nice Avani Deira Dubai Hotel with decent, neat and clean rooms located around 350 meters from abu bakar siddique metro. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpfull, the lady at the reception was very co operative and understanding. The breakfast was ok. They have almost the same menu every day except 2 or 3 indian dishes that are changed every day. Over all a good affordable place to stay in dubai
