Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! however i'd you want a critical review, i would highlight the fact its a resort aimed at families, and with the thin walls in the rooms, it does tend to be a bit noisy. The kettle in my room was not working ( it tripped the electrical amenities in the room) and although reported and fixed, the kettle still did not. In the questions, there was nothing i disliked but to proceed to the next page, one had to answer something so i said disliked the barbecue when in fact i did not dislike it at all, merely was not exposed to it! staff really pleasant and helpful, lovely floral attire worn by staff, and having patrick at the front door and roaming about to help was an absolute winner, he's a great person to promote the ambiance and image of the resort! thank you for the stay, i will be back!

Hey. The stay was good however i feel staff was exhausted. During check-in they are taking hell lot of time, when my turn came there was no greeting at all. I showed them my booking on my mobile but they don’t have the courtesy to say hello / good noon etc. She started checking my room. I also feel that explanation provided to me was not sufficient where for others they were giving good time to explain everything, when i asked about the pool amities and the way to pool and water activities so i feel she replied me in an exhausting manner. Overall exp was good. Room lighting was really low and there is no smart tv, u need to connect through chrome cast which is really disappointed. I will give 3. 5 out of 5 ratings coz my expectations were really high considering the price of 1 night stay

We had an excellent stay. It was super hot in the midst of the dubai summer and way too busy due to the school holidays, so the pools were quite crowded. Despite the heat and crowds, the staff was exceptional - friendly and super fast service. There was one day where none of the outdoor toilets had water so we had to take the kids back to the room, which wasn't ideal but this was fixed the next day. I'm usually skeptical of buffets but the food was also good - lots of restaurant options, diversity in dishes and tasty food. The all-inclusive deal is totally worth it, as it includes drinks and snacks, especially if you're out with the kids all day. A really good getaway for families. I'd definitely go back, but perhaps in the slightly cooler months and i'd avoid the weekends!

The location and amenities are amazing. Good selection of breakfast too. It's perfect for families who want to spend time together. However, the service we received during our stay was very bad. Not sure if because it was a busy day (management should be prepared for extra staff. It took us over an hour to check in and another 20 minutes to bring our bags in the room. We have to follow up for them to bring the bags and when they arrived, they bring the wrong bags. We also requested for late checkout which they agreed but didn't advice us to go to the reception to update the room card. They should advise the guests accordingly or update their system to avoid inconvenience.

If you're traveling for leisure, this is a great choice. If you want to get away from the crowds at the palm, but want access to a private beach and a luxurious stay, would highly recommend. The staff is helpful, the facilities are great, and there's always something to do at the property. Families will have a lovely time. They also screen movies on the beach late at night and also have a bonfire at the end of the day on the beach. The private beach is clean, not very crowded and not at all rocky. I look forward to my next stay with them.

We discovered his brand in pattaya in early 2023 and have repeated it again in dubai septa 2023. If you have kids, you don't need tk look elsewhere. This is a worth it Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai which has endless activities for kids to keep them busy the whole day. They have 9 different pools as well, a big beach, separate kids play areas among-st many other things. We have always booked their mirage category rooms which provide lounge access.

We spent eid holiday there and it must be said that we enjoyed every minute. There are all day activities for family and kids to have fun. The swimming pools are amazing and the slides and the water park are great. We enjoyed the cinema under the stars on the beach at evening time. Breakfast was very good and rooms are nice and clean. One thing i didn't like which is the rooms access card is deactivated automatically at the checkout out time.

We looooved our stay at the Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai. Living UpTo their core value of being family friendly, kids can just be themselves and no one would say anything. Many kids activities. Kids happy which means parents happy. Please allow extending late checkouts till 3pm plus 🙏 I am definitely gonna come back. Thank you MakeMyTrip for this amazing experience.

A lot of activities for kids, clean and big rooms and amazing customer service specially “boss”, he is so polite and so kind. We will surely come back again.

The stay was really good. Lots of pools and amenities. Very helpful staffs. The breakfasf was not upto our expectations, very average. Rest was all excellent.

Very good the lazy river and the water park was so fun and also the life guards are so nice, friendly and kind

Everything good except the pillows in the room i felt too much pain because they were bad quality i hope they changed it

The whole stay was great, we really had a good time specially the kids. Just we took time checking-in, but aside from that everything was awesome.

The Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai mostly has continental breakfast. Indians will have limited choice.

We had a wonderful stay at centara dubai. Marvelous place for kids. For two days, i was very impressed and i thought a lot in positive ways. I desire to visit again and i wanted to get a resort like this.

Our EID break staycay at Centara was awesome! my family specially my kids enjoyed everything foods, activities and all its kids related amenities. Its our second time to booked at Centara at definitely we will come back! ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend specially if you have kids. 🫰
