We had booked for a single day stay initially in the property. But the warm welcome and the hospitality of the front office staff ms princes just made our day we should say. She was amazing in her dealing with the guest. Very calm, well mannered, welcoming in nature, very sensitive to the needs of the guest, neat and the tidy and much more. The best front desk staff we dealt with compared to our experience in previous Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown)s in al rigga itself. The best staff with the qualities required for the hospitality field. We highly recommend this property for all the areas as in very clean, cleanliness is given at most priority, room ambience was the best to say, and even the house keeping staff one from pakistan was well mannered and readily available when needed. All the room services were readily made available as per the requirement of the guest. Very impressed. Beautiful experience it was indeed. Even the gym service and the swimming pool experience to was remarkable. Though all the services were available it never caused a hinderance to the guest's privacy. As in to say though bar and restaurant availability was there it never an obstacle for the calmness of the property atmosphere. With all these beautiful experience on the very first day itself we finally decided to stay for 4 days. And the experience was the getting each day. Thank you ms princes as you were the one we communicated on the very first day in your property and it was your hospitality and the way you dealt with the guest made us rethink about the stay in your property for more days. We appreciate the property for your effort in choosing such beautiful and hospitable staff like ms princes in your property.

The stay was very comfortable, rooms were quite clean and staff was also very cooperative. One recommendation from my side is to open the pool in the early morning i. E. Atleast at 7 am and also reduce the amount of chlorine from water as the eyes are burning. I have not ordered any food but you can visit landmark restaurant for good food near al rigga metro station just 100 mtrs near Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown). Mostly philipinos are there in diera while u can see mostly indians in burdubai but burdubai is little costly than diera in terms of food also

thanks for asking 🙂, the Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown) was nice but was expensive comparing to the others Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown) have good ambience at the reception we were stuck for some time but atlast it's sorted and overall i would rate 7 out of 10. i suggest to have more people on duty for a hassle free check in regards ajmal. nothing the stay was good and always a big thanks to you for hassle free booking

Excellent location, breakfast have no variation. Same breakfast everyday with little changes. Fruit baskets provided only with check in. They charged me 15 aed per night when i booked through "make my trip" and refused to provide me with the invoice for my staying period while for the staying "through booking" they did not charged and they provide the invoice.

Vision imperial Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown)- wonderful rooms and good room service. Near al rigga metro station. Easy to travel anywhere. Reception staff are good behavior. Breakfast is very tasty. I prefer this Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown) its very budget friendly.

I've been checking in to this Vision Imperial Hotel (formerly known as Excelsior Hotel Downtown) because it's near to metro, restaurants and mall. The rooms are cleaned, well organized and staffs are approachable. Keep it up.

Great proximity to metro. Good service by staff. Buffet breakfast is definitely a thumbs up. Family friendly. Definitely worth staying again!

I and my husband stayed for a very short period, but the room was noticeably clean. Fast check in and check out.
