I would recommend this place to friends and family's thinking about staying at a more lively Fortune Grand Hotel. Staff service was great, especially the check in process time was short and simple, food was excellent, club and bar amazing. Just that pool timing should be extended because it was closed before 5:00 pm and most guest would love to utilize the service.

Everything was good except the rooms when i ask for non-connecting rooms because high noise from another rooms they refused to give it. As per receptionist they don’t have non- connecting rooms in Fortune Grand Hotels. Room cleaning was excellent location is very good near to big nest o market closer to metro station.

Our stay at Fortune Grand Hotel was ok. Our hot water kettle was not working we informed the reception immediately the housekeeping staff change it, but the other ones lid was broken but it was working so we used it in same condition. I think the Fortune Grand Hotel needs to pay attention on maintenance.

The Fortune Grand Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were a bit small but fine. I would assume bathrooms would have shampoo but it dint. Breakfast was sufficient. The loud music till very late night was slightly disturbing to sleep. Best for the very good service of the staff.

We use to stay in this Fortune Grand Hotel. I prefer because of parking. Moreover, left my gown 3 months ago, and amazed to see that they still kept that. I am happy, that they care about customer services. Staff is always well behaved.

It was a nice Fortune Grand Hotel for the price paid. A value for money at the off-peak time. Could be expensive during the peak time. I am pretty satisfied with the location and overall Fortune Grand Hotel ambience and cleanliness.

Location is good. Nice staff. Room is best and clean. Extra water bottles, and other stuff you can buy from nearby nestco hypermarket. Union metro is 20 mins walk. 10 mins walk for 8 number bus from al bahara station.

The first time when i visited 3 months ago, it was not a good experience at all. But this time. Everything was good. Room, cleanliness, service. Will recommend next time too.
