I recently stayed at the four points by sheraton in dubai for ten days, and i was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the entire Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai staff. From the moment i arrived, i was welcomed with warm hospitality that lasted throughout my stay. The housekeeping team ( i was not able to get their names ) deserves special recognition for their top-notch service, they made sure our room was impeccably clean every single day, paying attention to every detail. Their dedication and professionalism truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. I also want to highlight the excellent service provided during breakfast. Simran, saroj, rahul, alfa who served us each morning, were outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day right. Additionally, i’d like to give a shoutout to harris and naviyento from the concierge team, who was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, and the reception team for their prompt and courteous service. Overall, i would highly recommend four points by sheraton in dubai. The amazing service, especially from the housekeeping team, made our stay truly memorable.

Seriously, we got this offer for free as we are booking from make my trip, since long time. But such an amazing service by staff, must appreciate their efforts that they do to make customer happy. I have my shifting from one home to another so we thought to stay here, a night so we will feel good, these people have kept all the stuff of our house in our room with proper help and respect. They were having proper ethics and humanity is there in the people working over there. I haven't seen such good staff and service in dubai since four years. I will recommend everyone that if you will come to this Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai than you will be truly happy. The location of the Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai was easily accessible with plenty of taxis available always. Food was delicious so preferred to eat there few times. The Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai management offered a birthday cake to my wife as a surprise (it seems they saw the birth date on passport) which shows a great customer focus and care. The Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai has all required and luxury amenities so there was no issue during our 4 days stay there. The staff was very helpful and always assisted promptly and without follow up. Overall a very positive and memorable experience at this Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai. Will certainly recommend this for family.

Hotel's location is excellent nearby access to everything. Rooms were good. Staff was courteous. They should explain at the reception while checking in to the guest that if food or drinks is ordered in room payment is the be done once order is delivered or deposit required at reception. Food once delivered they ask for bill is not a good practice. Let the guest eat and then bill should be collected in room. Breakfast most of the times was common. Very slight variation is there everyday. We stayed for 5 days found breakfast mostly common. Thanks.

Hello guys hope you are doing well, this review is especially for you, if you guys are all having trouble searching for the good Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubais in less budget price then the wait is over, last 2 months i have been searching for the good Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubais, i have stayed almost 7 Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubais couldn't find it but this Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai is the best among them until now. I think i will stick to this Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai for now. Happy holidays to everyone

My stay at Four points by Sheraton Bur dubai. I had an issue with the booking itself and the supervisor on duty was very professional. She addressed the issue as the pro she is. Apart from that. My stay was very good. Our room was very clean, spotless. We were on the third floor and our housekeeper a tall gentle black lady took care of our room. She restocked the beverages, toiletries etc. The guys at the door and reception were were always friendly and amiable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed.

Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai room quality was excellent. they can slightly add on menu availability at their indian restaurant. reception counter staff faheem had good service attitude.👍 they want you to give advance money before stay for anything you have there eg any lunch, dinner etc this was little different from all of Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubais i had travelled, restaurant staff behave like you are running away after having meals.
