This a a good Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira). Rooms were clean and daily housekeeping services were provides. Breakfast spread was also good. It is around 900 meters from nearest metro station abu baa r siddiqui station. There is a bus stop right in front of the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) so it is well connected with public transport. One can also get rt a and private taxis from the porch of the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira). There are good grocery shops, utility shops, mall and restaurants at walking distnace. Only one hiccup was there that sometime they take time in picking up phone at reception or housekeeping number. Overall, it has been a value for money deal for us.

We were a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay at grand excelsior Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) deira. Staff were polite and always helpful. Plenty of restaurants and super markets are just opposite to the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira). One thing i would like to suggest is there could be more varieties in breakfast menu. Everyday it's almost same and it's disappointing for guests like us who stay for over a week. They can look at fixing the minor issues found in bathroom. Overall i really appreciate the entire experience we had and thanks a lot to all Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) staff for their hospitality.

My son enjoyed his stay mostly because of the pool. However, there is still room for improvement. When we arrived, we had to request slippers and a face towel, which should have already been prepared before check-in. Additionally, we called four times to request an iron before leaving for an outdoor activity, but the housekeeping didn't come. When we left, we asked the reception to have the housekeeping leave the iron and clean the room, but they only left the iron. We had to call two more times for them to send the housekeeping to clean the room. Also, the breakfast buffet options were limited. Despite this, it was still a good stay and the staff were friendly.

The receptionists made check-in smooth even tho i had a wait for a few hours, the bellboys were quick to assist, and the cleaners kept everything spotless. The breakfast was amazing too thanks to the chefs who prepared some really tasty meals. A big thank you to everyone at the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) from the chefs to the receptionists especially ms usha and the bellboys to the cleaners for making my stay so great! hope to meet you again. The Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) as shown in make my trip the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) is actually the same as this was not my 1st stay but the complete makeover has been done the stay is comfortable and feel luxurious the staff of the Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) is extremely supportive starts from the reception to the higher level management i stay for 18 days and but was better than 60 day, location is excellent as every days to day is on few steps from Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira (formerly Sheraton Deira) from grocery to entertainment everything on steps no cab.

The stay was awesome even though the property is quite an old one. They could be more careful with the furnitures and stuff but overall its nice and clean and quiet. I have stayed here for like 3 days and i would like to extend here itself. That much comfort.

Just one word excellent superb hospitality and a great atmosphere don’t have to ask for anything everything works automatically
