Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport

Overall stay experience was good. This was our second experience at the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport and what was different is that the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport has become less customer friendly as the human interface has reduced significantly. For eg: in the rooms, the guests can call only the reception for any assistance whereas earlier guests can contact house keeping, room service etc directly. This is not an efficient way to manage as services take time especially in house keeping services. We were 3 of using the room and every day the towels kept were either 1 or 2 and we had to keep calling the reception for the additional towels. The breakfast menu was not exciting at all. The menu typically remained the same on all the 5 days that we stayed there. The Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport seems to have removed a lot of their support staff and services are expected to be done directly by the guests themselves. Like tagging the luggage which are to kept in the reception for taking it later. The location of the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport is good as there are quite a lot of decent and quality Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airports nearby and also grocery stores and jewellery shops.

During my recent stay at here, i was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment. From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they were also highly professional and attentive to every detail. Any request i had was promptly addressed with a smile, making me feel valued as a guest. Moreover, the cleanliness of the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport was truly remarkable. Breakfast menu is definitely thumbs down as they are focus-sing mostly on western and middle eastern clients with continental breakfast options only where as the majority occupants were from south asian, especially indian origin customers and there is no option of indian cuisine! so for all indian customers. Advise is not to take breakfast option especially there are plenty of restaurants around the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport! (kamath, hamba, sangeetha. And many more. All are within walkable distance! another observation made was the toilet sanitary fixtures - shower control was found broken, not operable easily need to be fixed, otherwise was ok. Good points: location, value for money (boarding, cleanliness, parking, swimming pool, staff attitude improvement required: breakfast options - need to include indian options! routine check on sanitary wares & fixtures shower pressure may require to increase. Cot/bed need to be made firm, making noise.

I first stayed at this place 3 years ago. At the time i was a solo check in. I didn't know anything about the place yet i booked myself in. And to be honest, i loved the place. I came to dubai a couple of times after that. Brought my family thrice. And we never judged hamption's hospitality. My wife loved the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport, the stay, food everything. I'd being a bit occupied with my work & travel, due to so giving a review after this long. So to end it all up. Happy stayed with them. The food is great. The staffs were very helpful. Nb: this for the indians film & sport lovers, you might dumb into some celebrities if you're lucky. I did 3 times. )

Hotel location is good, metro within 850 mts (airport free zone) the rooms are fine, cleanliness needs a bit more work when you look at the fine details. If you are a vegetarian person, please do not book with breakfast as the food options in breakfast are barely one item and taste is really pathetic. I stayed for 2 days and both days breakfast for vegetarian is pathetic. If you are planning to stay and a vegetarian, don’t book breakfast with room. There are 2 vegetarian Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airports within 300 mts, vasant bhavan and kamat. While kamat doesn’t open till 10:30 am, vasant bhavan opens by 7 am. Both of them have great food.

I stayed in Hampton by Hilton for 6 days. Tbh it was a very wonderful experience. Each and everyone there is well disciplined, friendly and professional. Got a warm welcome from the reception. The room was very clean and comfortable. Specially mentioning that “Room service was excellent” the guy did a quick and thorough cleaning of the room. Coming to the breakfast “it was an amazing experience for me” had variety of dishes. Breakfast was my favorite thing in Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport. Coming to the pool - it was not crowded at all and was a very good experience also clean!!

My stay in hampton, airport, dubai was truly memorable. The front desk manager mr. Ramesh was so hospitable and helpful. He has excellent communication skills. He definitely is an asset to the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport.
