Upon arrival at the front desk after showing the booking vouchers they denied the room and asked from us the reservation confirmation sent from the Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina to make my trip to be produced by us. After lot of calls to MMT they agreed to give me the room upon deposit of certain amount as security deposit by the time my two kids slept of in the reception area with out having food since it was night time they were also helpless due to the denial of the rooms I was so involved resolving the issue as I have find some shelter for my family in the night time in a country were I was travelling on a family trip. They ruined my trip with an bad welcome where I have to spend next half day also to get the issue resolved. They even denied breakfast for us. I want to know who is correct in justifying themselves in turn making my family suffer

We checked in slightly late by 4 pm and unfortunately got stuck with a smoking room as all rooms on non smoking floors were occupied. The staff was courteous and helped us by changing our room to a less smelly, but also smoking room. Other than the smell, the room was decent, although bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was also nice, but we expected it to be better. The Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina is not up to the standard. The location is pretty good as it's centrally located, however the metro is quite far which is a disadvantage. And also there are no restaurants and bars. In walking distance as it's near the port area. However if you don't mind taking a taxi, it's quite a convenient location. They also provide free shuttle to Dubai mall and the beach, which is great.

Fantastic service from check-in to check-out. Samuels made sure that our need is getting sufficed. Bahadur at security made sure we are getting taxi as due to exhibitions its was difficult to get taxi Bahadur cleaned our room very properly and Ganpati he made with towels was very nice. Restaurant staff was very friendly they made sure we are getting our Jain food in breakfast. BON voyage cake given was most memorable part as this shows they care for guests. Exceptional services. Would recommend for all type of stays and would surely stay again during next trip. Location is nice.

Hilt-on Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina is located at a sweet spot, everything is approx 10-20 mins distance from the Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina. It also has a couple of supermarkets near by and a pharmacy. Very neat and clean Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina. The breakfast buffet is not that great but it will do the job if you want a quick meal to get going. Would recommend this Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina for sure. For its location it’s still a bit expensive on the menu and the room charges. But i enjoyed it.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Location of the Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina is central. Rooms are very good. Staff very helpful and co-operative. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it to the full. Good varieties in breakfast. Ambiance and lobby very good. Special thanks to Mr.Zahid for his help, assistance and special thanks to him for extending my check out time as my flight departure was in the evening. Will come and stay at this Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina again.

I stayed at hilt-on garden inn with my husband on our 2 day trip to dubai. It is very close to the port and dubai creek and close to all major attractions like dubai mall, frame, burj khalifa, creek, gold souk, etc. Staff was decent and polite, meals were sumptuous and fresh. Rooms were well managed with quick service. They also offer shuttle services to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina.

Good Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable stay. The location is close to the creek and souks, also to Dubai mall and La Mer Beach. Convenient location, only problem is it is not close to any metro station. But taxi is always available outside the Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina. Bathtubs are only in rooms with twin beds.

For Indians it's the best Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina, very good location, free shuttle beach and Dubai mall. Everyday you lie get 1 Indian item for breakfast such as paratha Aloo sabzi, chhole with part a and fried rice so on and so forth. The staff were very at tentative. Enjoyed my stay. Keep up the good services.

It was a great experience with hilt-on garden in al mina Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina. We were enjoyed our stay with hilt-on 6nights, the staf and receptionist are warm and friendly.

Stayed recently at this place. The Hilton Garden Inn Bur Dubai Al Mina is located at a good place. Near markets. Lot of eateries nearby. Recommended. Only that breakfast variety could be better, without major repetition.

Special thanks to Ms. Shree and Ms. Nouran for the wonderful hospitality. There is improvement required in housekeeping staff but overall excellent stay.

We had a great stay at hilton. Food was nice as we tried in lunch and breakfast, rooftop is nice for evenings. Room are also neat and clean. Overall it was worth the pennies
